El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, frente a la playa muy cerca de restaurantes, perfecto para naciones familiares, la atención en todo momento de tanto de Juan como de Mariano fue excelente, no dudaría en quedarme de nuevo

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon, and we truly enjoyed it. It was right on the beach and the place was excellent. The room was big and spacious and we thought it was even better than the pictures. Even though is it not a full ocean view, the ocean view that you do see is still very nice and easy to take in. Restaurants are close by, including a gourmet market which has great breakfast. Walgreens is also close by and it is very nice. You can get most of what you need there, including beach chairs and beach towels, in case you don't want to pay the $24 a day for beach chairs. You can get a taxi to South Beach and to Fort Lauderdale from the resort. It costs about $45 one way to Fort Lauderdale and $35 to go to South Beach. The only reason we gave it 4 stars was because there is construction right next to the resort. It did make some noise, but it wasn't too distracting and they stopped in the evening. Once the construction is finished, it will be 5 stars in our opinion.
To get a hotel with these amenities would be way more expensive than what we paid. This was the most cost effective option for us and we didn't feel like we were missing anything.
There were only two things we didn't like. One was that the TV had this voice that narrated all the shows and we couldn't turn it off. That made us not want to watch the TV, and it was annoying.
The other was that we arrived at 8 PM and were charged $75 for a late check-in. That is a little cheesy to me to only be able to check-in between 3-7 PM. It wasn't as if we were checking in at 3 am, but I decided not to make a big deal about it at the time.
Overall, we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax and spend most of your day at the beach and go to a restaurant in the evening, this is the vacation for you. If you want to party, go to south beach instead.

Excelente ubicación, servicio, atención, eficacia y cordialidad. El precio es adecuado a lo que se ofrece. El departamento está en buenas condiciones, la gente del parking es muy atenta. Nada de qué quejarnos. Felicitaciones!
“Ayp is my perfect solutions for my once a year relaxing week in”

Every year I go to Miami for a week of vacation with my wife. Ayp as been perfect for our purpose. I try to rent the same appartment every year, and has worked. The Ocean View is wonderful in terms of the lacation, the quality and equipment of the appartment I rent and for the services the hotel provides. What I like the best is that I operate with aYP in a total trust way. I barely see someone and I get all what I need. Everithing works and if I need something I just send a mail or call aYP from the appartment and they will fix the problem immediately. The only observation I have is that you should arrange the checkout to be after lunch, as everybody wants to go to the beach the last day. And I am sure people checking in have no problem about entering the apptment at say 5PM as when arriving in Miami, one can advance on shopping but rarely there is going o be difference between checking-in al 3PM or 5PM. All in all, perfect solution. I am expecting my next year rental with aYP.
“Outstanding location and perfect apartment to spend a relaxing w”

The apartment was of perfect size and greatly equipped. The access yo the building facilities (Gym, beach, pool, etc) was easy and friendly. The attention put by Patricia and alfonso on our needs was immediate and resourceful. The only things I recommend to improve are to have in the kitchen of the apartment a dish tray, kitchen towels, líquid dishwasher; and in the bathroom a better quality supply of soap. This is not something expensive, but can be very helpful for guests (even in travel or sample sizes) in their first day.
