“A Magical Stay” What's not to love about this home! First and foremost Brandie herself is a genuine person who really cares about the people who stay at her home. From the initial contact of a personal phone call, to her follow ups on every little question, to her wishing us a safe trip to a thank you and welcome home at the end, Brandie is truly a great family person! The home itself was as described in other reviews and more. The location to the clubhouse could not have been better. A short walk down the path (100yds maybe) and the kids were relaxing by the lagoon pool! The added security of a gated community provided additional piece of mind even though you are only 5mins from Disney. The staff at the community became like family before we left. Friendly, cheerful, always willing to stop and talk about anything and everything! The home itself is exactly as pictured! Clean and comfortable made for it enjoyable to return home for afternoon breaks from the park. The Disney bedroom was the room of choice for our youngest! The downstairs bedroom provided a nice separation for our oldest to have her space when exhaustion took over:). We have rented homes before when traveling to Disney and Brandie's is at the top of the list! From location, ease of access, amenities, cleanliness, comfort and exceptional (what I will call) customer service and value, you won't find a better place to stay or person to work with then Brandie and her home!!! We will definitely be back again!!! Thanks Brandie :)

“Great family home close to everything” We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. This house was perfect and room to spare for additional people if needed. Very well maintained, equipped home. Location was a plus, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. The owner and management team was very quick to respond. Only had to contact them once the morning after arrival, for nothing more than something minor with WiFi. The private pool was a big hit with our grandkids, once the water was warm enough to get in. Definitely would stay here again. Great week.

“Great place to make memories!” Loved having the children and grandchildren all together for a school vacation. We were so close to many venues and didn't need anything but the pool to entertain us once we returned home every day! Spacious house, that was well stocked with linens and cookware. Nice neighborhood. We would come back again. :)

“Great property for the whole family.” It was a great property for the family and a very good location. But because of the cold weather during our stay we could only use the pool and spa one day, and in this time of the year the sun is only in one corner of the pool area.

“Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. We'd love to rent this property for a longer vacation as it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

“Great vacation spot!” My family and I stayed for one week and had an amazing time! The house was beautiful, nice and spacious. Gorgeous neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and stores. We spent most days out at the pool. Love the privacy of the backyard, it was nice and quiet and we felt completely secluded. We really appreciated that the backyard was “baby-proofed” with the gate to enter the pool area! We were able to eat meals outside and not be worried about our 2 year old daughter slipping or falling into the pool. We did 2 days at Disney and it was great to have only a short drive there and back. The homeowner was very efficient, if we had any questions he got back to us right away. Also the property managers were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. Thanks for opening your home to us, we are looking forward to coming back here again in the future!

“Perfect” This house was perfect for our florida holiday. We were 2 families each with 2 children and we had all the space you could need to not feel on top of each other, the other double bedroom easily converted to an en suite for the other couple so we each had en suite and the kids had their own bathroom! House really well equipped and lovely decor, lovely and private on the back and on a spacious and quiet development, just a short drive to all the parks, shops, restaurant, excellent location! We were really busy with all the parks so it was so nice to come back to space and the pool and the hot tub were equally an essential and enjoyable part of our holiday along with all the parks! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend/book again.

“Excellent accommodations.” Excellent accommodations and location. House was very clean and pool was perfect facing the south sun.

“AMAZING Condo!” This was by far, hands down, the best place to stay! This condo is set up well, decorated adorably and fully equipped with anything you can imagine you would need. The kitchen is completely stocked with any cookware or gadget you may need. I highly recommend this condo. It was much closer to all of the Disney parks than I expected it to be.

“Clean, comfortable, and a great location” My husband and I traveled with our two older teenage children and their friends. This house was perfect for our quick 3 day trip. The layout of the house allowed my husband and I to sleep towards the front of the house and not hear the younger group swimming, talking, and watching television in the back of the house! Perfect! The rooms were very comfortable and adequate. The mattress was very comfortable, and the bedding was excellent. There were fluffy towels in the bathrooms. The kids bedrooms were all in the same hallway, and they shared a bathroom. The other master bedroom had it's own bathroom. If you are handicapped, there is a big step down into the showers. The living room was comfortable, and though we didn't use it, the kitchen seemed to have everything we could possibly need. The grounds and pool area were well kept and clean. It was fantastic to have our own pool and be able to swim at midnight after walking around an amusement park! My kids said they saw some small ants, and the owner urged us to be cautious with food in the house. They were no bother to us. I did notice too late that we were asked to take the trash out to the curb during the week, but as I mentioned, we accidentally missed that. There was no deduction in our deposit because of this. Entry was easy and I felt safe knowing there was a security camera at the door. Wifi was easy to use and reliable. The owner was very laidback with the rental - I had to ask for the code to get into the house a few days before we left. This was a little unnerving - but it was all okay in the end. Had to wit the full ten days to get my security deposit back. I would definitely stay here again. Very easy access to the highway to touristy things, but the house is in a quiet residential area.

“Lovely, relaxing holiday” My wife and I stayed here for 2 weeks to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary in Jan/Feb 15. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped. The pool and pool area is very large but the weather wasn't quite hot enough for us to brave the pool itself. The view from the pool over the lake is really spectacular. The Hampton Lakes area is nice and quiet and is conveniently situated within a very short drive of some great restaurants and supermarkets. It's also very easy to reach Clermont, straight up the US27 or Orlando/Kissimmee via the I4. Kan and Myat were extremely good at providing us with all the information we needed and the booking process was straightforward and very efficient. I would highly recommend the villa to either couples or families.
