The home was large enough for everyone to have their own space. The pool table was a big hit and one of the warmest places in the house. The woodstove smoked when lit so we didn't use it. The kitchen needed more supplies for a large group, listing of all kitchen utensils on the website would have been helpful. The large dining tables allowed for a cozy group in the kitchen or a nice dinner in the dining room. Location was close enough to Mt. Bachelor but a quiet neighborhood. With 4 bedrooms upstairs, another upstairs bathroom would have been nice. The artwork in the home is beautiful.

Rental experience awesome thru Mountain Resort Properties. Clean, everything in working order in house #4 Meadowlark. The only complaint is that the beds were firmer (hard) than accustomed to. Seemed to be
a common complaint among all. Lovely home! Thank you!!

This home has plenty of room and the pool table was in constant use. Watching the golfers while having a picnic lunch was very entertaining and the kids were always finding golf balls. Very quiet and the deer were present almost everyday. Two young bucks, three does and two fawns. Large garage was helpful for a car and many bikes. Mt Resort made the process easy.
Con:The spacious spa room is located off the master suite and the chlorine smell was always in that room even with the door closed.

Spacious comfortable home w/2 living areas, pleasant deck area, pillow top beds comfortable. Heatwave, Bend 103F, 4 upstairs bedrooms hot, hot, hot! No a/C, only 2 fans! Hallway cooler than bedrooms. 2 bedrooms overlooking greens. Could hear early plane departures, 3 & 4 a.M., early greens maintenance.. bring ear plugs if light sleeper. One bdrm has opening to rec. rm below, benefits from ceiling fan, but will hear the noise from below room. Darker than other rooms. Hot tub room off downstairs master bdrm... keep door closed or smells like chlorine. Hot tub shallow and limited occupancy. 2 downstairs bedrooms cooler and quieter. Rec area w/lg flatscreen TV and pool table saw lots of action, living room quiet zone for those not so active. Seating at table needs new cushions or board underneath so don't sink so low. Unfortunately small fridge in hot tub room not operating, could have used for cold drinks, much needed due to heat & limited space in kitchen fridge. Kitchen fridge gasket needs replacement if not the fridge, an energy savings. Noticed 2nd night, ice cream turned to custard, ice not freezing, gasket not sealing in bottom corner. Every time door closed had to press on bottom corner to seal door, then freezer started to freeze. Overall a nice home, just needs a few updates, additions. Maverick's was a plus. Now the main pool no longer offers lap swim, lap swim at N. pool is overcrowded and the new requirement of annoying wrist band makes Maverick's even more of a plus. (Too bad the rec. mgr. is making the many pay for a possible few avoiding the high cost of the new Sharc! The kids also enjoyed the climbing wall at Mavericks. The 2 adult bikes and child's bike seemed in good condition. A second fridge would be a definite plus.
Connected w/3 staff of realty, 2 men and 1 woman. Must commend the 2 men for helpful, pleasant attitude. They obviously understand what good customer service is, a definite plus to the management.
Mini fridge in spa room has been replaced (Dec. 2013) and is working. Main fridge/freezer repairs have also been completed and is now sealing properly.
“A Wonderful Vacation Home”

Our family had the wonderful opportunity of being placed in this home after another vacation home fell through. This home was more than we could ever ask for with its spacious interiors, well stocked kitchen, and its beautiful deck right off of the Meadows golf course, location says it all.
The pool table received alot of attention from the young adults and teenagers in the family, and the hot tub was a plus. We were all very happy campers.
In addition, the staff at Mountain Resort Properties were very friendly and accomodating, I wouldn't rent from anyone else.
“Exciting, enjoyable and relaxing all in the same long weekend.”

It was a 4 day family reunion planned for 10 but only 8 were able to attend. This was a first time experience like this for our family and the services provided were excellent from my first inquiry and throughout our stay. A couple of minor issues were immediately taken care of. The home was spacious and met all our needs well. We made good use of the hot tube, pool room and the formal dining room. The house has space for people to spread out and do their own thing or gather as a large group. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beauty of Sunriver onverall. The weather was beautiful and we appreciated the passes to Mavericks and Sharcs. There was quite a bit of remodeling and construction going on in The Village so shopping was limited. A little disappointing. Overall out experience was very good and I must say, the experience in the Flowrider at Mavericks was probably the highlight of our stay. Thanks for a great weekend.

The indoors hot tub was a real plus, along with the pool table. Plenty of space
in all bedrooms and kitchen area. The separate living, dining and activities
rooms made for a very relaxing stay.
The electrical needs to be checked out. Several circuits not working or the
bulbs are burned out. Suggestion: the refrigerator door should be hinged on
the left side for better access.

Good place for 10 visitors. Spacious. Close to golf course. Had most everything we needed. Just a few cautions: Watch out for the hot water -- it's VERY hot. The bikes were not in good repair so you will want to bring or rent bikes. We got charged for broken pool cues that were already broken when we arrived. So, be sure to check things when you arrive and promptly report to management if anything is broken. This left a bad taste in our mouths.
Pool cues definately were not broken prior to guest arrival. This was documented and sticks were broken by guest misuse. All sticks are checked prior to guest arrival to ensure sticks are in good working order.
“Great place on the golf course.”

Just what the title says "WOW" nice place. We had 9 people in the place and still had a spare room. They had just put in a new deck in the front and back that we used every morning, noon and night. We also had 6 other family members that rented another house and we would swap dinner sites every other night with them. The pool table was the used every day but why blue chalk an yellow table? Great location down from all of the traffic but close enough to ride your bike to the store in less than ten minutes. The only things things that were a little strange was trying to figure out the light switches and the not very deep hot tub(16"). Would stay there again.
