Guest Reviews: "We loved our stay at Mulligan 6. The house was well appointed and comfortable. Our family gathered from other places at our place every night. We would definitely stay again." - L. Floyd
"Relax & Unwind - The house was very nice and very well equipped. All the appliances in the kitchen were new and we were the very first guests to use the BBQ! We enjoyed the hot tub and really appreciated the A/C. All of our kitchen needs were covered (including a crock pot and griddle) as we prepared most of our meals at the house. The office staff was very helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The kids loved SHARC which just opened and was well appointed. Overall we had a wonderful time!" - Craig

This was our 4th trip to Mulligan 6 and we'll be back for a 5th! We love the north end of Sunriver, the A/C and being able to bring our dog is the cherry on top! Mountain Resort Properties was excellent as usual. A great time was had by all.
“House needs updates. Wouldn't stay at this house again.”

Most of the house is very outdated and run-down. There is carpet in the bathrooms, including the master. The carpet is stained in several places throughout the house. The screen on the slider to the deck needs to be replaced as it sticks and is difficult to open. Tv in the downstairs lounge is old and gets poor reception. The hot tub is small and not very deep. Hot tub had not been drained before our arrival. There were visible cobwebs. Kitchen garbage can had a split in the plastic. Loved the air conditioning; Sharc and Mavrick passes. The kitchen was nicely stocked.
This house has had several recent upgrades to include new kitchen appliances, flat screen in the living room, etc. Carpets have been cleaned to remove staining caused by heavy guest use. During the Summer months and especially towards the end of Summer the homes do become very tired due to the amount of people traffic they see. We do deep clean the homes in the fall (after things slow down a bit) which helps bring them back to life after a very busy season.

This is a very nice home that has ample supplies of paper towels, toilet paper, hand, dishwashing, and clothes soap. There are all kinds of spices to be shared and many choices of dishes and appliances. A small problem with the basement toilet was fixed within two hours by Mountain Resort Properties. The hot tub was in great working order, but it was difficult to get the cover on and off and the configuration of the tub made the seats very low in most places so that the water was almost at chin level when seated. There is not an open view from the deck if you just wish to sit and look at the scenery. The home is very large and has ample space for many people to relax and not feel crowded. There was a large group of very nice bikes to use. This location is close to the North Store and Mavericks and an easy drive to the Village and the new Sharc Facility. Overall we were very happy with Mulligan 6.

This home has a very well equipped kitchen. The living areas are comfortable and of good size. The bedrooms are also comfortable and quiet. The location close to the North Pool and tennis courts is a plus. Another unadvertised plus is the availability of up to ten bikes of various sizes (see photo). The owner has thoughtfully provided a pump, helmets, and tools to make adjustments. Mountain Resort Properties was very resposive to minor issues. They had a jammed window fixed within an hour of its mention. They also called out Bend Broadband to fix a connectivity problem in the wireless modem. Overall this home is an excellent choice for a family vacation.

Mullian 6 was a nice, roomy house. The house had everything we needed. The house was clean but definately a little bit run down (dirty walls, carpets, windows, etc.) Needs a deep cleaning. All of the appliances are in good working order and the furniture is clean and comfortable.
The garage had about 6 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes plus a wagon. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable (plenty of extra blankets). You need to bring your own toiletries, hair blower but there are plenty of bath/hand towels and washcloths.
The location is awesome because it is right off of the bike path and 5 minutes walk to the North Pool and tennis courts (and golf but that was too expensive for us.) I would totally recommend this vacation home to anyone despite its need for a deep clean.

Nice home w-great location (walking distance to North Pool/Tennis Courts) and in a quiet area. House could use a deep clean (i.e. cobwebs, dust) but we'd rent this home again. The Hot Tub wasn't ready for use upon arrival, but this was rapidly remedied.

This house was everything we wanted. It is nestled on a quiet, beautiful street and it's floor plan offers easy entertainment for our family. It was a nice surprise to find upgraded appliances throughout the kitchen! We love the easy access to the bike trail and being on a cozy cul-de-sac. We vacation in Sunriver every summer - we will for sure request this lovely home!
