"Excellent Little House - This is a lovely home with a nice deck and lots of trees. The garage is nice for storing bikes and supplies and it comes with 2 nice bikes... The furniture and beds were comfortable and the house is actually very close to the river and Cardinal Landing bridge, a 5-10 min. walk. I would definitely stay here again." - BB

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay. When were not skiing skiing we were at Mavericks swimming, riding bikes or in the hot tub. The house is relaxing and quiet, and the perfect size for the four of us. My girls loved the football table and the book shelf was very well stocked. Bring your spices if u plan to cook.

We had a wonderful time in this rustic rental! There was a nice flat screen TV with surround sound! The hot tub was awesome after a tough day skiing. The beds were comfy. It was furnished with all the amenities. The oven worked great (although small and a bit loud) - it was Jenn-Air convection and we roasted a turkey breast and a standing rib roast! It was perfect for us and our college-age son. Loved the area, definitely thinking about renting this place again next Christmas! Hoping for some better snow though!

We stayed eight nights and overall the house was nice and clean but there were a few things that we didn't like.
The deer had broken the door where the garbage is stored and the garbage was all over the yard. We called management and they said they would have someone out in 5 days but that was never done and we had to clean up the garbage daily. When we left we asked why no one came and the person who checked us out said he wasn't aware of it.
Also the screens in the windows had gaps and when we left the windows open we would get lots of flies.
We've used other realties in Sunriver and felt that the service was better.
Thank you for your recent visit. We do pride ourselves on service. In going back through our logs, we do not show any attempt at contact was made by this guest. We do apologize for any inconvenience and wish that we did know of these issues during your stay so that we may have corrected them in a timely matter.

This home is in a perfect location, it's in a quiet cul-de-sac, but still an easy drive or bike ride to Sunriver Village. Very clean, very comfortable, well stocked dishes, utensils, towels, etc. Nice bikes to ride with easy access to the many bike trails. Definitely would recommend this home.

This is a small house with two bedrooms and a "Jack and Jill" bath. i.e one shower/tub between the two baths, which makes us feel that it is more suited for one couple or for a family rather than two couples. It is hard for us to find a smaller house at Sunriver for the two of us - we hate to pay for a house that can accomodate six, eight or more when we don't need that much room. This was ideal for us. We had our own bicycles however there were two there that were better than average for a rental house. We enjoyed having a real fireplace, and using the gas barbeque on the upper deck. We saw a number of deer during our stay but it was a little early for any fawns. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking and eating but is a little short on coffee cups but maybe that is what a dishwasher is for. We were in Sunriver for the Usta senior womens playoffs and the location in relation to the tennis courts was very good for us. We also prefer a location such as this that is somewhat central but still far enough away from the train tracks that night time trains don't wake us up. All in all we liked the house and would rent it again in the future.

This is a lovely home with a nice deck and lots of trees. The garage is nice for storing bikes and supplies and it comes with 2 nice bikes. The only negative is there is only one shower/tub, connected to two toilet/sink areas and they are downstairs with the bedrooms. So upstairs in the living/dining/kitchen area there is not bathroom. It was only a slight inconvenience for us. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the house is actually very close to the river and Cardinal Landing bridge, a 5-10 min. walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice home however dishwasher did not close with out great force. The bathroom off the master toilet would flush during the night. had to shut the water off every night so it would not flush.
The people with the rental agency, Mountain Resort Properties, were wonderful, the check in and out was easy, the kids really liked the Mavericks water facility. Even with the issues with the property it was still beautiful, relaxing and fun for the family.. Beats working.
