We stayed 6 days, 5 nights at this location and enjoyed the home very much. There is plenty of room. We only had 5 people, but there was room for many more. The first day we arrived was a pretty warm day and it was hot in the house, but there were floor or table fans in every room and a few ceiling fans which helped. There is no A/C. It rained every day after that, so it stayed cool enough with the fans running and windows open for the breeze. The hot tub was nice to sit in and relax. It was nice to walk out the front door or back door and get right on the bike paths. We loved having the games in the garage and tv's in every bedroom, living room and family room. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes we needed for cooking. They also supplied the kitchen with dish soap, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, paper towels and dish towels & cloths. The laundry room was great to have to wash a few items as needed and was stocked with hot tub towels. They supplied the laundry soap as well. They supplied bar soap, which was nice, but we forgot to pack shampoo and conditioner so we ran to the local store. Each room had fresh towels and wash cloths waiting for us and more in the linen closet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, eating breakfast and enjoying the peace and quite of nature. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but adequate. The blinds throughout the house date the home terribly and some were falling apart, but looked good if you didn't touch them. The home is a little outdated, but overall, it was very enjoyable and a place that I would certainly consider again if I needed a lot of space for our family. It was a little too pricey, but we were able to bring our dog and that was a plus. Check in was super smooth. We just went directly to the home, unlocked the lock box with the code they had given us through email. A key was inside the lock box and 2 more sets of keys were inside the home with a welcome letter and treats for our dog. Nice touch! Check out was super easy, we simply took out the trash, started the dishwasher, put the key back in the lock box and called and let them know we were leaving. We enjoyed out stay in Sunriver and look forward to visiting again.
