Before you even set foot in 6 Jack Pine Lane, you will know that for the next week you are going to be living in luxury. As you drive up to this Sunriver vacation home, you are greeted with a large paved driveway that you know will easily fit the vehicles of all your dinner guests (no scratched paint on the door of Uncle Jim’s Beamer this year)! The front entryway will welcome you on your return from an evening of stargazing at the Sunriver Observatory with a set of stairs lined with ground-level solar lights.
The kitchen in this home is huge – absolutely perfect for your big holiday dinner! Three sinks mean everyone will be able to pitch in with the dinner preparations – as one cleans the spuds, another can be keeping up on dishes. The kitchen is complete with top-of-the-line, modern appliances including a large fridge/freezer to store food for the whole extended family and even a nicely-concealed trash compactor. Two ovens eliminate the need for a ‘Turducken,’ because you’ll be able to cook both a turkey and a duck. There are also two islands, providing ample serving space as well as extra counter-top seating for the kids. The kitchen then opens up to a very elegant dining room.
A leather settee faces both the flat screen television and the real-wood fireplace, so you’ll be able to kick back with a good family film while you wait for your meal to digest. A second TV room downstairs eliminates any quarrels over whether to watch ‘Babe – Pig in the City’ or ‘The Walton’s Thanksgiving Story’.
This home features a fabulous deck area overlooking the 7th Green on the Meadows Golf Course. The upper deck has plenty of furniture so you can lay back in a deck chair to soak up some rays or gather outside for a mid-afternoon picnic after your long morning bike ride or rafting trip. The lower deck features a wooden swing chair that looks right onto the golfing green and an enclosed area that is slightly raised, so you can indulge in some privacy as you relax in the hot tub.
All the bedding in this home is wonderful so you won’t find yourselves fighting over who gets which bedroom. The upstairs master suite is absolutely divine. It features a jetted bath, a walk-in closet big enough to act as a child’s bedroom and a large walk-in shower with six shower heads – and yes you heard right – six shower heads!
A spacious laundry/drying room leads out into the attached three-car garage which provides a space for the more rambunctious members of your group to have a little fun. The garage features another TV, a ping-pong table and a foosball table. There is also plenty of bench space so it’s a great space for the kids to have an afternoon snack while they play, or a spot for the guys to have a few drinks over a competitive round of table tennis, with the ball game on in the background.
As you can tell, 6 Jack Pine Lane has all the amenities you could ask for including wireless internet and a free membership for all guests to SHARC (2014)! This home is within easy walking distance of the Village Mall, SHARC, Sunriver Lodge Meadows Golf Course and is also just a short bike ride to the Deschutes River.
This home includes 10 FREE passes to SHARC (2015)

We had a great trip to #6 Jack Pine Lane. There were 3 families with little kids and the house accommodated everyone comfortably. The large open space of the upstairs provided a good place to gather and play. The ping pong table in the garage was a big hit with the guys. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. Couldn't agree with you more. We love that home! The location, golf course view and all the amenities make it a very special place.

This reverse living home was just perfect for us, 2 kids with spouses and FIL. Each had their own rooms (privacy) and the 2 full baths (downstairs) made it easy for all to get ready on time. Also with 7 bodies taking daily morning showers, the hot water was plentiful.
Our master bedroom was furnished with a King bed, had a spacious shower and huge walk-in closet.
The kitchen was large enough to accomodate several people that were there to prepare or clean-up after meals. The 2 sinks in the kitchen helped.
The upstairs balcony overlooking the Meadow's course was spacious for all to sit and relax with plenty of room for all. This area seemed the location where all ended up in the late afternoon before dinner.
If I could give the rating 4 1/2 stars I would. The 3 (very minor) items that I noticed was 1.) The only upstairs bathroom was in the Master Bedroom. For those that had to go and did not go downstairs, ended up in our room. 2.) The lighting in the living room was not the best but satisfactory 3.) Apparent previous guests were smokers. They appeared to smoke outside but used the surroundings as their ashtray. Several cig butts were noticed around the property. Yuck! Why can't smokers dispose their unused portion properly? Read more
Couldn't agree more about the smokers but we should have seen their leftovers and picked them up. Sorry!

We rented this house for a family vacation; 4 couples w/ kids 18mo. - 7yr. Had a fabulous time! House is fully equipped with everything you need. At 2700 sqft, the layout makes it feel much larger. Master bath is not shown in photos, but should be! It's very spacious with a huge walk-in closet... big enough to be a bedroom for a couple of pack-n-plays. :) The location is perfect! The back view is the 7th hole and it's a quick bike ride to the Village, Lodge and Sharc. I didn't have to get in my car all week! Read more
We all love that home. So glad you could experience a week without a car. Only in Sunriver!

It proved to be a great facility for accomodating a large family in a relaxing atmosphere. Specifically, we appreciated the large dining-room table, the kitchen facilities and the large second-level deck overlooking a golf green. A highlight was the quality of the bicycles. Downsides: the carpeting left the knees of our toddler granddaughter dirty and the grill was unuseable due to filthy grates. If access to Mavericks increased the rental fee it wasn't worth it. The facility is too far away.

We loved the house- #6 Jackpine. Great layout for our two families to share. Open and inviting. The kitchen was sparsely equipped to serve a large group. A very small investment of platters, etc. would help tremendously. Also, one towel per person for the week?! We constantly were washing towels as we canoe, bike ride, horseback ride, etc.most every day, The sewer line backed up into the house the first day, the roto-rooter man said he'd been to that house several times for the same problem- yikes!!(gross). But, once the toilets could flush again things went well the rest of the week. The response from the rental company in fixing the sewer line and A/C problem (had not been uncovered for the summer yet) were lightning fast- thank you!!

We had a wonderful time - the house has a great location - private -easy to get places on bicycles. We had toddlers that could safely play in front of the house which was an added bonus. I can't think of anything I would change about the house.
