Description

Our “tiki-time get away" is located within the friendly community of OCEANSIDE VILLAGE, on the boarder of Surfside Beach and Garden City limits.

We have free wifi. Guest may also use our beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, 2 propane grills, corn hole games.

CLEANING:

We use a local cleaning company to clean and sterilize our home between every booking. We (Do Not) offer “daily” maid service.

We provide linens for free or If guest prefer to bring their “own linens” please let us know, so we can let our cleaners know ahead of time that guest will be bringing their own linens so they won’t make the beds.

Our home is located just steps from the outdoor lounge pools: splash pad, hot tub, upper level pool and kiddie pool. The village also has tennis and pickle ball courts, playground, basketball court, volleyball court, softball field and an indoor pool all for your enjoyment during your stay. Also a gym (small fee) check with office for cost.

We are less than .5 driving from home to private beach front parking for OSV guest.

Our home has a large open deck with lounge chairs, table and umbrella and a screened in porch with a love seat and rocking chair.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home...with microwave, dish washer, coffee pot, keurig k-cups, 2 blenders, toaster, crock pot, ice cream maker, pots, pans, and all kitchen utencils.

Living room has a 50 inch smart tv, with free access to cable and wi-fi. Couch with lazy boy ends, love seat and rocking “ lazy boy” type chair.

Home sleeps 6 guest (3 bedrooms).

Possibly 2 more if guest want to use the sleeper sofa. So a maximum of 8.

The master bedroom has a king bed.

-TVwith roku movies and a bathroom with a shower.

Second bedroom has a Queen bed

-small tv with roku movies and a washer and dryer located in the utility room.

Third bedroom has two single beds and tv with roku

We give a starter roll of toilet paper and paper towels. Guest responsible for their own food.

Parking:

- 2 vehicles maximum in our driveway, so we can only issue up to 2 vehicle passes.

We want all our guest to enjoy their stay and want your family to have lasting memories of your beach vacation. We also want our guest to love their vacation so much that your family becomes our yearly guest. We try to keep updating and keeping our home as nice as possible.

This is a quiet, family community. Loud noises, loud music, partying, public drunkness rough-housing, etc. Will NOT be tolerated! We only rent to responsible guest and there family/friends. Any reported incidence will be automatic loss of deposit as well as automatic eviction from home With NO refund of payment . We want our guest to have a great time but NOT at the expense of other guest inside the community. Owner will NOT be responsible for any tickets, arrest, citations of our guest.

Very walkable and dog friendly. There is even a dog park in the community, Walk to ocean! Less than five minutes to grocery story.

If Rhonda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
