Description
Vacation house in a small fishing village, ideal for all those seeking peace, relaxation and enjoying the sun and sea. The house is located 5 meters from the sea, with large terrace, two parking spaces and private seafront. Nearby are beautiful beaches. The house consists of upper and lower floor with a capacity of 6+2 persons. In front of the house is private parking for two cars. Just below the home is a private seafront ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The house is whole to rent (no owners in the house).
The upper floor consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (with double beds) and bathroom. On the upper floor is a spacious terrace with beautiful view.
The lower floor consists of kitchen, bedroom (with two single beds) and bathroom. In front of the lower floor is a small terrace.
There is also a possibility of installing two additional beds.
The house is very well equipped. Barbecue, deck chairs, parasols, bread maker, toaster, TV, binoculars, air condition (upper floor), dish washer ...
The house is situated in front of the sea (5m), and the nearby beach (Mocunig) is a 5 minutes walking away. Donja Klada is a quiet fishing village in a beautiful bay, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sun and the sea far from the city noise. Peace and beauty will enchant you.
For trips by car we recommend to visit the mountain top Zavižan, island Pag, island Rab and the Plitvice Lakes.
As for the availability of other facilities, the nearest shop and post office are located 20 km (Sveti Juraj), bank, supermarket and restaurants 30 km (Senj), gas station and the ferry to the island of Rab 15km (Jablanac) and the ferry to the island of Pag 30 Km (Prizna). There is, however, a merchant which comes three times a week and brings fresh fruits and vegetables. Another merchant brings bread every morning.
Towels, linen and final cleaning are all included in the price.
