Description
Renewed in old style with traditional materials, stone and wood Villa is placed in a quiet area. It has a private, south facing, swimming pool of 50sqm in front of the house just a few steps from the covered terrace and summer kitchen-BBQ. The villa is centrally placed in the big garden with a lot of greenery and few cherry trees which provide the natural shadow around the villa in a summer time. The barbecue has a lot of place to prepare the dinner and it is placed close to an unique garden table made of a big stone plate with heavy iron chairs around. The villa is built with large stone blocks and contains large open space in the ground floor and three double bedrooms on the first floor. All the rooms upstairs have air-condition but usually it is not needed due to the wide solid stone walls. The guests liked as well the location as the villa is on easy reach to all points of interest when exploring the Istria.
The Villa Barbara has the ground floor with one open space with inside walls made of big stone blocks. It consists of the solid built kitchen, fully equipped and large massive wooden table to accommodate six people. On the opposite side there is a sofa and is close to the open fireplace which is made of massive stone blocks. Utility room and one toilet are found on the ground floor as well.
Wide stairs leads up to the first floor. It consists of three bedrooms of ~12-15sqm. All bedrooms have the massive wooden beds, the small table, the chair and the mirror. All of them has air-condition. The master bedroom has en-suite shower room and others share the second shower room.
Car rental essential. Private parking secured inside the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house but only outdoor.
Your family will enjoy 1000sq meters of the garden with cherry trees and an olive around the house. The Villa Barbara is suitable for children but one must be supervised around the pool area. Private swimming pool with ceramic tiles is 10m x 5m size with 1.2 -1.5m deep. It has automatic water cleaning system of the highest standard. Wooden sun beds are easy to move around the pool or even to shift on the grass and under the shadow of the cherry tree. In built large summer kitchen just a few steps from the house. It has two fire places to prepare the grill or „peka“ and you will be provided with woods and coil to prepare your own meals. While you prepare the dinner your party can watch and sit on the stone bar chairs and enjoy the coctels under the covered BBQ. In front of the villa there is a covered terrace with table. Behind the house there is covered parking lot. The villa is walled, fenced, standalone and just 150m away from villagers so to feel comfortable and safe.
