Located in tranquil and beautiful Central Istria, this stunning five bedroom stone villa with all en-suite facilities and private pool is ideal as a romantic retreat for couples or for families with children. San Vincenzo is a charming rustical detached house refurbished to the highest standard. Nested in a sleepy hamlet Peresiji just 1.5 km from the beautiful Renaissance town of St. Vincent with a medieval, central dominating castle. The villa is at the end of the village immersed in a beautiful natural environment.

The stone walls surrounding the property offer complete privacy around the stone-decked pool (8x4 m). A covered terrace with a barbecue provides the perfect dining area by the pool and garden.

The interior is spacious (210 m2) and has been stylishly designed, combining modern furniture with traditional materials while special attention was given to details. Romantic and warm furniture allows everybody to recreate privately, the fireplace and big flat screen SAT in the spacious living room lets you lean back and relax. Right next to the living room there is a dining area with fully equipped kitchen and internet corner. The property is covered with Wi - Fi. All bedrooms have A/C.

The villa is available all year around and it's suitable for 10 people. House disposes with a beautiful garden, swimming pool and a private parking space. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and disabled people. The villa is also pet friendly.

The famous Istrian towns of Rovinj, Pula, Porec and Vrsar are all within 20 minutes' drive from the property. Situated in central Istria, it will provide you with a variety of interesting things to do and see, sample those fabulous Istrian red merlots and white malvasia wines, wind cured hams, delicious fresh fish and hand-made pasta with local truffles. Istrian legends, smells and tastes all create a distinct atmosphere that also rubbed on the San Vincenzo Villa making it a very special place to spend your holiday at.

The ground floor has direct access to the pool, garden and outside dining area. On the ground floor there is a big living room with an open fire place and lounge area up the living room gallery. Right next to the living room there is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and utility room. On the other side of the entrance hall you will find a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor there are two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

From one of the rooms you can access the terrace overlooking the garden, to have a glass of wine or romantic breakfast for two. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with large bathroom. This master bedroom has been designed with special attention to details like stone walls, wooden ceiling and leather bed which all create a romantic atmosphere that will leave you breathless. On the same floor there is also smaller fifth charming bedroom for two.All the bedrooms have TV/SAT, LCD TV except the smallest one on the 2nd floor.

“A perfect, more than afforable, great holiday wiht more than what we wanted!”

My friends and I got back from our stay in this beautiful villa last weekend (September 2012). We had been organising it for such a long time and were going straight from a fesitval in Pula. It was safe to say that we were all slightly anxious, as anyone is when there are no reviews to judge against. The landlord (Franko) had been more than helpful before we had even arrived answering some thousand messages i had sent to him, anxiously asking him bothering questions. He had also been nice enough to arrange our taxi's. Despite the weather not being great and our moods being at all odds with festival blues, our arrival at the villa was amazing. It was everything the pictures said and more. It was totally stunning! We gathered our jaws and moved on in. Franko had also kindly escorted our taxi driver to the villa as he did not know where it was. The villa was sooo gorgeous. A bathroom with every room, as well as another outside! The pool was superb and deliciously blue, with such a cute outside area which made for fantastic BBQ'S. I really can't say anything better about this villa and the landlord. Franko was so kind and organised, he arranged for us all (9 adults) to have bikes delivered to to door step, which was a great way to get around if you don't have a car. The small village was about a 10 minute walk away, it doesn't have everything but it had enough for us to have a great time, as well as an amazing butchers! Local wine, is a must to try! I would love to go again and would recommend anyone to go, friends, families etc. What a bargain for such a beautiful home. Oh also, Franko's father also delivered us a bottle of local Grappe on our last day...it was delicious! Thanks Franko!
