Rose Cottage is situated in the peaceful village of Keld in Upper Swaledale in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It is an area of outstanding beauty known for its hardy Swaledale sheep, flower rich hay meadows and dry stone walls. The area is a walker's paradise with walks passing beautiful waterfalls, old lead mines and wild moorland

2- No candles
3- No charging of Electric cars /bikes due to safety reasons
4- Ensure fire guard used around Log burner/ the door is kept closed and matches not left on top of the Burner
5- Please ensure phones/vapes are charged whilst you are present and not overnight. Ensure hair straighteners etc are not left on the bed.
6- Please let me know of any breakages/damage as soon as possible. As you can appreciate due to our location it takes time to organise replacements/repairs

“Fabulous cottage in stunning location”
Lovely clean and spacious cottage in amazing location. Lots of walks including waterfalls from the door. There is even a bus that comes into the hamlet daily for linear walks. The scenery at the cottage and surrounding swaledale area is stunning with the added bonus of a private garden. Keld is a paradise for walkers. We had an amazing week walking in the swaledale countryside.
