“Fantastic Holiday” A beautiful cottage in a great location. Everything that you could want and more is in the cottage. Very peaceful location with plenty of wildlife to see. Ideal base for walking or hillwalking and only a short drive from the fantastic beaches. Will definitely be back soon

“A beguiling setting” Great house , superb location, very clean and comfortable. Loved the big window, you can while away a lot of time just looking out at the sea and the changing light. House was really cosy , we lit the stove a couple of times , it wasn't really necessary. but it was nice. We had a lot of clear sunny weather which meant that the stars were amazing. The night we arrived we got out of the car and looked up and saw the Milky Way, it was fabulous. Harris is beautiful , great walking on the beaches and on the mountains but the hills are tough. Bought Harris tweed and some lovely handspun yarn in Lewis. A perfect trip!

“Fantastic” One Manish is true getaway destination. Surrounded by sea and sheep this is truly one of the most peaceful places in the UK. We stayed here with 3 children and grandparents and, without fail, every single person loved this place. The house is really nicely tucked away overlooking the water with beautiful views towards Skye. Inside the cottage there's a great stove and range although neither were needed because the underfloor heating was magic. Rooms are all extremely comfortable and well presented and facilities are second to none. This is a really warm and welcoming place to relax and switch off. On Harris there are magnificent beaches, mountains and wildlife in abundance. Lots of activities including watersports(boogie boarding at Luskentyre is brilliant), walking, fishing(freshwater and sea) and coffee shops(try Skoon art cafe - really nice). Tarbert Stores is also a great stop if you need anything DIY and even if you don't it's well worth a visit if you're in Tarbert. Alternatively you could quite happily stay at One Manish and do absolutely nothing but relax and look out the window.

“a fantastic cottage and location” We had a lovely holiday at Glen Carragrich (helped by superb weather). The cottage was a true home from home well presented and comfortable .We fell in love with Harris and Lewis with its peaceful serenity and simplicity and wonderful beaches. Touring the whole of Harris ans Lewis was relatively easy from Glen Carragrich but it was alawys a pleasure to return to Glen Carragrich at the end of the day
