Description

Situated in Santa Luzia, Tavira, the apartment (was fully refurbished at the start of 2021, so everything is brand new) is part of a luxuriousis part of a luxurious apartment complex that offers you an excellent opportunity for some quiet and relaxing holidays. It is fully equiped and it has big living area. It is part of a luxurious apartment complex offering: inside and outside swimming pool, balcony with barbeque and garage parking. The indoor swimming pool will not be accessible during the months of July and August.

The apartment complex is situated in the middle of a small fishing village, at about 5 minutes cycling from Tavira. The village offers you a variety of restaurants where you may taste some of the best fresh fish dishes. You also have supermarkets where you can do your daily or weekly groceries. Nearby, you may enjoy the magnificent beach of Barril or the beach of Terra Estreita (Both Blue Flaged - High standard quality beach).

The aparment is fully equiped including: air conditioned, outside and indoor swimming pool, balcony with barbeque, garage parking. Cleaning service is also included if your stay is to 2 weeks or longer.

There is also a possibility of having a baby bed (up to 2 years old babies) if requested previously.

WiFi free and unlimited.

“Lovely Apartment”

This is a smart, well kept apartment in the lovely village of Santa Luzia close to the town of Tavira. Everything was immaculate with very comfortable beds and a high standard of cleanliness from their cleaner Mrs Eduardo who gave us the keys and showed us round. The owners Anabela and Paulo were very attentive with good communication throughout. There are lots of places to eat and drink very close by with a surprisingly well stocked supermarket just off the church square near the tapas bar which I would also recommend, lovely service! There is an Aldi and Lidl that both have good parking in Tavira and a great Shopping complex over the Bridge in Tavira should you break a glass that needs replacing This also has a great supermarket inside. Thanks for a lovely stay x
