This first floor cottage is in the village of Taynuilt and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.The Knowe Upper is a first floor cottage set in the village of Taynuilt and can sleep four people. There is a king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with furniture. The Knowe Upper is a lovely first floor holiday cottage.
Amenities: Electric storage heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with FreeSat, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 miles. Note: There is a stream running round the lawn and there is a wall with a 2 ft. drop near the lawn, children to be supervised. Note: Mobile reception can be intermittent.
Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
Town: The village of Taynuilt is situated 12 miles from the bustling town of Oban. The village offers a Post Office, pub, hairdresser, toy shop, newsagents, butchers, grocers, tearooms and a 9 hole golf course. The area is a haven for hill walkers and nature lovers, and Oban has a number of amenities to suit all tastes.

“Fantastic quality accommodation, with nice touches of attention to detail.”
Ideal base for great hill walking. The Knowle Upper was very spacious, owners clearly take pride in the building, really couldn't fault it. Would highly recommend, very reasonably priced.
