“Gem of an Apartment”

This apartment was perfectly located, tucked away in the heart of Tel Aviv-close to the sea, shopping and dining. Everyone was very friendly while professional and flexible and responsive.

“NICE APPARTMENT BUT....AIRCOND NOT WORKING: FOR SAUNA LOVERS”

WITH 38 DEG OUTSIDE AND 80 % HUMIDITY , A PERFECT SAUNA it's really not correct i don't recommend even though the appartement is large and nice ( 3 rooms)

Response from the manager You are right we did have a problem with the air conditioner the day you arrived. We offered you another more expensive apartment for no extra cost but you wanted to stay so we brought fans for the night and first thing the morning after we had someone coming to the apartment and fixed the air conditioner. I'm sorry you did not enjoy your first night and would love to host you again and help you have a better experience...

How do damage deposits work?
