"The Greenridge" offers comfortable and affordable accommodation -conveniently located in one of Melbourne's prestigious suburbs in a spacious 6 bedroom family home boasting unique zoning with 2 bedrooms downstairs and the other 4 upstairs.

Set up to cater for Corporate needs where employees or clients need somewhere to stay while working in Melbourne.

We are already heavily discounted to attract long term bookings for corporate clients.

Forget the cheapest of cramped hotels at $150+ minimum per room per night plus meals etc, 6 employees can comfortably share this spacious accommodation comprising of a formal lounge, formal dining, kitchen with meals area, large laundry, a powder room with toilet, and two bedrooms downstairs, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and huge rumpus room upstairs, with unlimited broadband internet included, as well as a weekly service (linen change and clean through) and lawns and gardens kept all included.

Personal laundry can also be done for you (extra charge -wash, dry, and press)

To this end we also provide soaps, shampoo and conditioner, toilet tissue, and a starter supply of coffee, teas and sugar etc.

Accommodation and facilities

The lounge downstairs has a large flat screen TV to keep you up to date and there is also a large flat screen in the huge rumpus room upstairs.

The home has gas ducted central heating throughout to keep you warm in winter, an in-wall air-conditioning unit in the rumpus room and a ceiling fan to help in summer.

The kitchen has a gas cook-top and double electric ovens and dishwasher and all the utensils you need for your home away from home!

The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer, with ironing facilities etc.

The toilet is separate to the main bathroom upstairs.

All beds have electric blankets as well as over blankets for your comfort.
