This dazzling new home was built with nature in mind, from its environmentally-friendly construction and energy-efficient fixtures to the mountain views framed in every room. With three stories and three bedrooms, groups large and small can revel in the wide open world within the 2,600-square-foot Westbrook House.
Built in 2005, the home sits on a private wooded lot with unparalleled views of Rendezvous Mountain. The foyer warmly welcomes guests with its stone floors and upholstered benches. The entrance level also includes a utility room with a boot dryer, a storage space for gear and access to the attached, heated one car garage.
Follow the stairway upstairs to find a two-story, vaulted great room encompassing the open kitchen, living, dining and family rooms. The fully-equipped kitchen features new high-end stainless steel appliances chosen for their energy efficiency, including a wine refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range and refrigerator. Granite countertops and wood cabinets encircle the kitchen, while a breakfast island – surrounded by four stools – invites lingering in the morning. Copper accents and tile flooring make the kitchen a knockout. The adjacent dining room seats six, while the open living room encourages lounging with its curved sofa and two love seats. An efficient soapstone fireplace keeps the open floor plan toasty. Just beyond the living room sits a large back deck with a gas grill, hot tub and direct mountain views. The sitting area – off of the living and dining space – is perfect for reading or board games with its two armchairs and ottoman. A half bath sits beside the great room, as does the laundry room with its energy-efficient, front-loading washer and dryer.
The second floor also features an office, a generous workspace defined by a large built-in desk. Adjoining the office, the master bedroom features a queen platform bed, a roomy walk-in closet, lush wood furnishings and French doors which open onto the large back deck. An attached full master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub and glass shower.
The third level brings another sitting area – also overlooking the living area – and two more bedrooms. A full bath off the hallway features a large, tiled shower and granite counters. One bedroom boasts a queen sleigh bed and looks out over the valley below, scenery complemented by the dark wood furnishings. An attached half bath and walk-in closet make this room a refuge.
Please note: A caretaker lives in a separate apartment attached to the house.

Our stay at the Westbrook House was a first class experience for our family of 5. The house was bigger than our home. Heated floors, a chef's kitchen, the boot room, and room for everybody to spread out made this a vacation we'll never forget. There's also a shuttle if the 5 minute walk to the slopes is too much. I highly recommend this amazing home for your family ski vacation.
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on The Westbrook House. We hope you enjoyed your time in Jackson Hole and definitely would love to have you stay with us, here at Jackson Hole Resort Lodging, again!
