Jackson Hole Real Estate Co accommodated our every need. They checked
on us prior to arrival to help with any questions and gave local information for everything we were looking for. Moose Creek 4 was beautiful and the location was right across the street from the chair lift. The local bus service was right outside our door as well.
Wish we could have stayed longer!

Lodging was good. Beds were comfortable and sheets and blankets were clean. Never used the lift outside the front door, skied til 4:00, boots off and stored in locker then off to Handle Bar or Mangey Moose. Will come back next year.

Extremely spacious, more so than we had thought based on the pictures. Very nicely decorated, fireplace and hot tub were properly functioning. Location was ideal, just a few steps away from the moose creek chair. Only thing that we were not pleased with was the quality of the bathroom showers, shower heads had very little pressure and overall quality of showers could have been nicer compared to the rest of the unit.

Moose Creek 4 was just as described on the website. It more than met all of our needs: large kitchen equipped for basic cooking, great outdoor eating space on the deck, gorgeous views (we watched hot air balloons launch two mornings), clean baths and well-stocked with linens, and plenty of space for everyone. We had two couples, another couple and kids could easily stay there too.
When the ice maker wasn't working well, we contacted the management company and within two hours they'd brought ice trays and left them for us as well as put in a repair order. They were responsive and gracious.
The only complaint I can think of is that there were 3 coffee cups and four people...fortunatley, one didn't drink coffee! I'm sure if we had mentioned that to the company, they would have brought us an additional coffee cup.
If we go back, we will definitely stay at Moose Creek 4 again. It was perfect!

This dwelling, a three-level duplex, was exceptionally clean, well-decorated and well-appointed. There were three bedrooms, plus a fourth nook of bunk beds. There was an outdoor hot-tub, very modern kitchen fixtures and appliances, a grill, comfortable modern furniture (including a reclining couch).
There was a washer-driver, dishwasher and a garage. The community, Teton Village, is very convenient for access to Grand Teton National Park (in fact, we drove 15 minutes and saw black bears, osprey nests and moose). The bears were in the National Park - no worries - and were monitored quickly by park rangers, who seemed to have a good handle on the animal appearances (To keep the animal and people safe). Access to a grocery store (Albertsons and Whole Foods) were ten minutes away and there was a convenience store minutes away (with more wine than cereal!). The property managers were great about describing properties and the views of each (this one had good teton views and faced the back of the property and was quiet - with the exception of sprinklers that went off at night). The only issue we had was the electric starter on the grill didnt work and the trap at the bottom of the grill was on the ground.

I/we all really loved Moose Creek 4, minus the partially broken microwave.
A suggestion: the pictures online do not do the unit justice at all. My expectation was that the place would be a lot smaller than it appears online when, in fact, it's tons bigger! Needless to say, we were all very pleasantly surprised. Get some new pictures!

As our purpose was to have a home base for exploring Yellowstone, this was a little far but would be ideal for winter skiers. The condition of the condo was great. It was very spacious, had decent views, and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. The floor plan (living room and kitchen on the top with bedrooms on the 1st floor and basement) was great for allowing us to put kids to bed early while adults visited together.

We enjoyed the property immensely. Very convenient to the Moosecreek Lift and also the shuttle bus if needed.
The unit was in good condition with some wear and tear which is expected. Very spacious and great for entertaining or socializing with friends.
Just some minor things that would recommend fixing or looking into. The bathroom on the lower level (not opening onto deck hot tub), needs some looking into with the heater or fan. Was very noisy and might need some adjustments. I believe all of the bathrooms were a bit noisy and we had to shut the door from bathroom to bedroom at night for less noise for sleeping.
Maybe more glassware and plates with the number of people that can be accommodated in this unit. We basically ran the dishwasher everyday so we were fine.
Hottub was great and convenient. It was a little difficult for the females to get in and out of hot tub. Getting out was more of a challenge. No steps.
All in all, we felt like we were at home! Skiing conditions unfortunately could have been better.
