Everything was great except for the following: uncomfortable twin beds; very scratched up non-stick cookware (common in most rentals); living room couch was too saggy and we had to buy starter fire logs because it was impossible to get a fire going with the wood provided. Ironically, I would still recommend this rental to friends.

enough space for 6 to 8 people, but just enough for hot water for 6 people showering. Kitchen clean and have all housewares we need to cook big family meal. But some window hard to open and kind of hot and stuffy at night.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was our third time staying in Jackson/Teton Village area. We liked this condo because it had plenty of room and was in a pretty quiet location. We spent lots of time riding our bikes and running on the bike path that runs between Teton Village and Wilson. Our only complaint was the check-in was more than 12 miles away. Also, even though we arranged for late check-in, the manager on duty was extremely agitated that we arrived at approximately 10:15pm (only 15 minutes after his shift end). I think he forgot he promised to put our key in the late arrival box. If I had to deal with him again, I wouldn't use this condo. Everything else about it was great!

-- No a/C. in the unit. In July it could be a big deal. We could have used it a few of the 14 days we were there. Later in the summer this could be a real big deal.
-- This unit is on the third floor, so if you are traveling with anyone who is elderly or has any walking difficulties, it's definitely hard on them.
-- The biggest issue is, this unit is directly adjacent to the sewerage treatment facility (which is under remodeling) for all of Teton Village. It did smell during the day so we had to keep the windows shut to avoid getting the smell into our unit, which in turn caused the unit to heat up. With no a/C to offset the heat it made it uncomfortable during the day. This made it hard on my 77 year old father who elected to stay in the unit many of the days. I did call the rental company and told them that they shouldn't even rent it due to these issues. If it weren't that we were out of the unit most of the time, this would have completely ruined our vacation.
-- Lastly, the sewerage treatment facility has pumps inside that operate very frequently (several times each hour) that you can hear inside the unit. Even if your not a light sleeper, this can wake you or at least make it difficult to fall asleep.
-- Now for the nice stuff. It is in a good location very close to the community pool/tennis courts. It also has nice views of the valley and some of the mountain range.
Sorry about being so negative about things but you're better off knowing this before going through with a rental agreement and becoming disappointed like we did. If the rental company still wants to rent this unit I would suggest that they put some of this information in the rental description and reduce the price. There are many people who would deal with the various issues and enjoy the reduced price.
Thanks for the feedback you've left. We take pride in our units and pursue every effort to make our guests comfortable. We're sorry that the work being performed on the treatment plant caused you some frustration. As for A/C not being in the unit, there are very few properties in the Jackson Hole area that have A/C. Many owners don't see the need in installing a/c as our average temperatures rarely require it. However, as with the rest of the country this summer, we have experienced higher than normal temperatures and we have tried to provide fans for those times when temperatures rise.
