My extended family and I stayed at Timeber ridge #9 and thought it was very well set up for our families and convenient to the lifts and well managed and problems were fixed right away and recommend this property management company

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very spacious and has all the amenities you need. You also have access to the Sundance Pool which is nice. An unexpected surprise was the amount of wildlife near the condo. We took some very short walks in the morning and saw moose, deer, coyotes and prairie dogs. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a large group of adults and this condo worked perfectly. It was perfect and I feel like it was in a good price range. We did have trouble with the fridge it was not working and $200 of our food went bad, but management was considerate of this and refunded the money lost in food.
We will be back and I would recommend this place to friends and family.

was very disappointed in the service as provided
we had a flight at 1pm and we were told the unit had to be vacant at 11am. we were 27 people and luggage and were given no consideration for a later departure despite renting 2 units for 6 nights. we were nickle and dimed till the end. we were not told the bus could not enter the property and had to carry bags up and down the driveway
all in all a terrible end to an otherwise mediocre stay
no cleaning was set up mid stay.
bathrooms were poor quality
water pressure was terrible

Great lcoation and views. Beds comfortable and kitchen nicely appointed. Although recently renovated, carpets a bit run down and bathrooms a little small. Condo should have had a central place for information - particularly regarding internet and Tv's. It would have been nice to have a couple of lounge chair on deck for summer.
