The location of this condo is great because the shuttle bus picks you up right on the corner, practically at your front door. Also, the pool/hot tub is just as close. The condo itself is very clean and nice. However, the mattress is horrible! Thin, hard, springs jabbing you and you'll sink in the middle. The bathroom is a joke. The shower is pitch black and extremely small. The toilet rocks in place and is in a very tight uncomfortable spot. Also, the bathroom is freezing. The laundry room is bigger than the bathroom.
Additionally, you have to check in at the rental office 15-20 min away.

My husband and I stayed in Eagles Rest Studio for four nights in February. We were very pleased with the studio - it was clean, comfortable, large enough that we weren't on top of one another, and had a fully equipped kitchen. We were in Teton Village to ski, and chose this rental because it was within walking distance to the lifts. It only took us about ten minutes to walk to the village with all of our gear, so we were really happy about the proximity. The only slightly negative aspect of this rental, which other reviewers have mentioned, is the bathroom which is small and dark. However, the bathroom was very clean and served its purpose. For the price, we could not have found a better accommodation so close to the lifts, and we would rent here again.

The interior is decorated nicely. The biggest problems we had with the place was there is no garbage disposal, and yet, there is a pretty well stocked kitchen. We had to dump our leftover food scraps into the interior trash. If we would have been able to take the trash out every night, it may not have been as annoying. However, because this is a studio, which turns out is a garage converted, there is one trash can that is shared with the 2 bedroom unit attached. The trash can was always full and too small to hold the trash from the units. It really was a pain in the a**! I think there are better choices out there to stay.

We stayed here a week with our 9 year old son. It was cozy and comfortable for us. Its a small place (basically one big room), but plenty big enough for us because it was so well-designed and well-furnished. We liked the fact that we could park our car just outside (no stairs), and we could walk to the ski lift (and ski home!). We even had Christmas there as a family, which was fantastic!

We had an amazing stay at Eagle Rest- it had everything we needed and more. The studio was very comfortable and easy to get to. The girls that helped us at the property management to get the keys etc. were very nice people and very helpful. We were so pleased with our stay we wish we had booked the studio for a few more days. I would recommend this spot to anyone- great location- great people- great vacation!

Pro - the photos don't do it justice - although it's a studio it's bigger and nicer than the pictures convey. The couch and easy chair are very comfortable; so is the bed. Great kitchen with everything you need. Beautiful view of the mountains including the Hobacks. We were concerned when we figured out it was a converted garage but when you get there it's a non-issue. There are no drafts, the floors aren't cold, no one parks in front of your window.
Cons - it's not ski-in, ski-out; you have to take a bus. (But the bus comes around a lot and the driver is really friendly.) The toilet had an internal leak that they had trouble fixing. Make sure that's fixed before you rent it because the dripping noise kept us awake at night. The floors are a little slippery.
We'd go back there in a heartbeat.
