When we decided to Ski in Teton Village I called The Jackson Hole Reservations Office and was attended by Garret Baldock, who was very kind and answered all my questions and help me a lot!!!
The Snow was wonderfull and the Ski too! The location of the House a few yards from the Chair Lift makes it even more special!
The House was very comfortable and just like in the pictures we had seen on the site! To be perfect just needed to have a pot of fondue!!!
We felt like we were in our own home and we can not wait to go back next years!!!

Our expectation of staying in Moose Creek 1 were met with satisfaction. After extensive search we chose this property and am glad we did. The appointments were excellent throughout, I would not change anything.
There were some issues with the hot tub, ice maker and fridge water leak and a dead rodent. However, the management company was quick to respond with complete satisfaction. We understand things do happen, the response is key. We do not consider any of the issues a reason not to return to the same unit.
Thank you for a wonderful week in Jackson Hole with my wife and three adult daughters.

The afternoon we arrived in the Jackson, WY area was a little bit of a pain. The office for the property management company is located on the outskirts of Jackson, but the rental property (MC#1) is located in Teton Village, about 20 minutes away.
Once there I was irritated to find out that our ski lift tickets weren't waiting for us at the property. I'd say that for the price I'd definitely expect that kind of detail, since I've had it at every other resort in Na and EUR.
The property itself is nice. Be aware that if you have a lifted vehicle, it will not fit in the garage.
Once we unloaded, I found out that my request for replacement of bunk beds to queen/full sized wasn't met. That was fortunately the last disappointment and something that should be easily remedied if they read these reviews.
The property, Moose Creek #1, is a nice three story home. It has a nice master bed room on the first floor, with beautiful views. On the same floor is the small four person hot tub, which is accessed through a door in the master BR.
The lower, basement, floor is fine for kids and adults alike. Except couples unless the bed situation is addressed.
Upstairs, on the second floor, is a wonderfully spacious kitchen, dining and living area. It's magnificent actually. We spent the majority of our time there and the group of seven had plenty of space. The fire place is a really nice touch and the kitchen handled all of our needs.
Mc#1 is located less than a hundred yards from the Moose Creek chair lift, which is great. Just be aware that while it opens for service at 9am, it will shut down by 2:30pm. If you have a later lunch you can walk to the main tram/gondola area in about ten minutes.
Overall I would recommend staying at MC#1 to anyone, but if you're traveling with multiple couples you should ensure that the beds are appropriate for the group make up.
The stay in Jackson was amazing though and I will more than likely return to a similar property in the future.
