“Loved it!!” I absolutely loved the condo!! The view was amazing! The only thing that sucked was not actually being able to enjoy the balcony due to the pigeons. Everything is close by.... and they pretty much provide everything you need in the condo. I would recommend this place to anyone.

“Beautiful, very quiet, beachfront condo!!” My husband and I booked this condo for a beach getaway with our two daughters ages 12 and 16. We were looking for something quiet and relaxing with easy access to the beach and this was exactly what we got. The whole condo is perfectly furnished and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. I usually don't sleep well at rentals because I'm used to sleeping on a tempurpedic, but this bed was great. Even the sheets felt high end. Much better than you get a regular hotel. My girls loved their room as well. It was so quiet (which is how we like it) that I slept better at the condo than at my own home. It literally felt like we were the only ones there. This would be a great rental for couples, retirees or for a family like our own looking to get away from everyday stressors who enjoy a laid back, beachy vibe. Literally, the only thing you will hear are beach waves when on your beachfront balcony. We plan on coming back again. Owner was very attentive to all needs and responded quickly to all questions we had before booking.

“Pet friendly beach view condo” The location is amazing -from a bar b que pit to the beach right at the door step!! Kitchen is fully stocked from non-stick pans to bake ware. All you need is food! Owner response quickly to text messages for all your needs. Most important our 4 legged family member was able to join us on vacation. YES, We'll visit again!!

“Enjoyed our stay!” Our family of four stayed here for a little getaway. Conveniently located close to everything and still a pretty good view of the beach. Easy beach access. Condo was clean, no complaints there. Only wish the condo building (villa del sol) took better care of the pool and overall grounds in general.

“Loved it!” We had a grand time at the charming and well maintained home on the beach. The location was ideal and only a short stroll to the almost private beach. Picture prefect! Janzen (age 8) created my dream sand castle on the first day and added to it everyday. He said, "It was a dream!!!" Everyday a large group of Pterodactyls (Pelicans) did a flight over the house and we had the prefect view from the comfortable pouch. The porch was wonderfully relaxing. Loved it! Thanks - Gary

“Highly recommended” Beautiful location, and the house was very clean & cozy. House has everything you need to make it feel like you are at home. Beautiful scenery form the back and front decks, and our kids enjoyed kayaking in the canal. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

“Just perfect!” I came with my family and we all just LOVED our stay! We enjoyed so much waking up with the view and having the beach right there! We even took advantage of all the toys and beach chairs they had for us! Towels, coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, EVERYTHING! We are IN LOVE and will definitely be returning! Plus super friendly owners! We even forgot something and had to come back to get it and they were so nice to let us in even when we had checked out hours ago! Lovely experience!

“Finally able to relax.” Friendly helpful service. Very Clean, comfortable and fully functional. Felt secure. Close to elevators, close to pool but still for enough away for a little privacy.No traffic noise. High enough for great view of the gulf through the palms, but close enough to the ground for a beach experience instead of nose bleed. Some may say the kitchen might need an update but the pictures are accurate. We were fine with it.

“Great Location and Condo” Great Condo and Location I can't say enough great things about this location and condo, we arrived on Monday and by that afternoon my husband was already wanting to set a date for a return trip. We decided to try to return for the week after Christmas since he's a teacher and the kids will be out of school. This location is wonderful for a family, it has a great pool as well as being really close to the beach. My concern was that I wouldn't be able to get my teenagers out of the Condo since they brought the PS3 and each have cellphones. Once we hit the beach they had a wonderful time and we couldn't get them out of the water. The beach was clean and wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it was the time of year or that it was during the week but it wasn't crowded until Friday and we had been out almost everyday. We also ate at Doc's Local Restaurant which had a very nice view and the food was good. I haven't had guacamole with crab, pretty tasty. Also we went to Port Aransas and took the Red Pirate Ship tour, it had a cute show for little ones or for the "young at heart". We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly be returning soon. You will enjoy your stay at this condo even if it is just for a get away. There wasn't a lot of loud music or noise around the complex either, which I really enjoyed while we were sitting out on the patio having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening. “Well kept, great pools and location, owner responsive” The condos look a little dusty from the parking area, but walking into the unit it was immediately apparent that the owner cares about his property and takes great care of it. It is really nice - updated, immaculate, and has all kinds of extras - filters for the coffee pot, oil to cook with, and sugar/Sweet and Low, a spice rack etc. All the interior details go together and you really feel at home. The bed linens are nice quality and soft. I couldn't figure out the wifi and BluRay and had to call the owner, he responded immediately and was very patient and helpful and got me set up. I would definitely rent from him again. The pools here are great!! The Waterfall one that the unit looks down on has a deep end of 5+ft, the other one has shallow incline for little kids and a great Rain Mushroom thing in the pool that the kids loved. Also, there is a security guard at night that watches who comes in the gates. He clears out the pools at 10p nightly so there are no raucous pool parties. Awesome experience, thanks for sharing, Mr. Juneau - And PS - the door lock is digital and it was GREAT not having to keep up with a key/card in the ocean. There's also a locking safe -

“Well maintained property and convenient location!!!” This property is pretty good for a nice getaway to Galveston; it is within walking distance to the beach, Pier 21, city park and restaurants. You can have it all without having to walk or drive far. This home is nice and well equipped; basically, you only need to bring your enthusiasm and good vibes to have a great time. Owners were always easy to reach and willing to answer any questions that we might have. I definitely will book this property again!!!

“Wonderful place to stay in ROCKPORT for Memorial Day weekend” The condo was so comfortably furnished and clean with all necessary amenities and more...beds were very comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms pleasantly stocked - cooking was very easy. The pier across the street on the bay was so convenient for fishing and the little town was easy to move about with plenty of eateries and of course an HEB and Walmart for shopping for groceries and such. The owner was so gracious and accommodating and the newly tiled bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Wish we could have been there longer - to fish and just relax and enjoy the great views from the balcony. Excellent experience. Hope to stay here in this condo again.

“Great spur of the moment vacation” Oh this was an awesome vacation the room, view ,and amenities were out of this world!
