Description
Guests staying at Rainbow's End enjoy the superb views of the River immediately outside the chalet. There are views towards Norwich and towards Great Yarmouth. There is some boat traffic on the River to add interest. Many visitors spend their time relaxing and fishing from the patio. Others explore the delights of Norfolk - the many national trust properties, Norwich itself, which is superb for shopping, theatres, cinemas etc, and the local seaside resorts. Pets are welcome at this property, and there are many local and seaside walks to enjoy.
This is a one double bedroomed property with extensive private parking.
There are many local pubs and eating places nearby, with a newly opened licenced Bistro serving breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday; also Sunday lunch.
There are two kayaks available at the property, and bouyancy aids. If you use the kayaks, this is AT YOUR OWN RISK!

This one bedroomed chalet bungalow is compact, but it certainly large enough for two people to enjoy a relaxing break. The bedroom is clean and comfortable, with extensive wardrobe and drawer facilities. The shower room is tiled, modern and equipped with toilet, shower and fitted vanity unit. There is heating in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, apart from a washing machine. The kitchen and sitting room/dining areas are combined into one living area. There are patio doors leading to a small balcony, and three steps down to the patio. The river Yare, which is ideal for fishing, is directly in front of the property.

“WHAT a lovely break”
With lockdown we had to swap our dates around at the last moment, Hilda was very helpful and we managed to grab a few glorious days, Rainbows End is a warm charming little place by the river , lovely Autumn sunset over the river while fishing was a lovely time to reflect. Its a warm place and cosy in the evening , everything you need is there, TV could do with replacing but otherwise its just right. Brynny the dog loved Gorleston Beach about 20mins drive , a lovely prom to stroll along and a sandy beach for ball games and JJ's Café on the front for a quick tea and cake. There is a little green where Brynn could have a wee within seconds of the accommodation. If you need a few days to relax I would highly recommend Rainbows End . For the fishermen out there , I found using a swimfeeder most productive Perch Roach Bream on worm for the bigger fish , maggots for the small , sadly I didn't catch the big Perch I was hoping for but maybe next time !

Television.... we have two sitting at home looking for relocation. . but concerned they are a bit too big... what did you think was the problem with existing one...size, lack of things like Netflix. ...or what? “A fantastic Warm and welcoming holiday home, perfect for fishing”
My husband and I stayed at rainbows end brundall on 12th September 2020, it was a lovely find ( the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow ) every thing we needed was there, Rainbows end was warm, cosy and relaxing and we didn’t want to leave. My husband had a great week fishing from the garden. Can’t wait to go back to this little Gem.
