Outside, there is a shared, lawned garden with furniture to the front, whilst to the rear, a shared, enclosed courtyard with furniture, and off road parking for two cars. Daffodill Cottage is an ideal base for groups of friends and families to explore County Wicklow, all year round.

For those who prefer more land-based activities the area also offers horse riding, golf and numerous other lovely villages to visit including Aughrim, voted as the best town in Ireland. Avoca is another local town known for its beauty and was used as a backdrop for the popular television series, Ballykissangel. Avoca also offers local crafts such as hand-weaving.
