The entire rental experience was smooth and effortless. The cottage was great--spacious, luxurious, comfortable and impeccably clean. The location was perfect for us: far enough away from everything to feel like a private get-away, and close enough to Tobermory to allow easy access to all the activities available there. Watching the sun set from any one of the four vantage points was lovely!

The cottage was beyond our expectations.
The photos on the website just don't do the cottage, or its view of the lake justice. It was an absolutely beautiful cottage - clean and spacious. The gardens were spectacular at the time, and the views from all the different vantage points were stunning. Although it may not be best rental for someone requiring easy accessibility as there were a few stairs in and around the cottage, and a rocky walk out to the shoreline.
We certainly hope to return.
“It was a quiet place to get away and enjoy the surroundings.”

Huron Cedars offers everything one needs for a comfortable holiday. It is comfortably furnished and decorated, which offers the traveler a sense of being in a "home away from home". The outdoor living spaces are impressive. Most enjoyable are the evenings spent watching the sun set over the small inlet known as Eagle Harbour.
