“Beautiful Winter Vacation Spot” This was a perfect location for a snowy winter vacation trip. The cabin was great and the people at Carolina mountain Properties are very nice and accommodating. Cabin was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. One of the best stocked cabins we have ever rented.

“Great house - secluded!” We were looking for a do nothing vacation just to relax and got that This house was exactly what we were looking for. We sat by creek and fire pit almost every day and read relaxed we even fished. We caught our limit daily in this creek and the creek it feeds into at the bottom of the mountain. Visited Todd Country Store for the Blue Grass on Friday night it was really good blue grass entertainment. The House was great for one couple and 2 separate adults. This Cabin was all a mountain cabin should be. The Guy who services the Hot tube and maintenance was great guy, we compliment him on his great willingness to be there should we need him(we did not have any issues at all that requires his assistance) Great place for peace and quiet from a very busy life style. Golfed in Todd beautif front 9 PS- my husband would not let me drive the cart due to the steep mountain side cart tracks ! very funny at the time what did he think I would run myself off the mountain ha ha.lol Thanks for a memorable vacation home experience!

“New River Ramble” This was a great time for the entire family. We attended the ASU football game, but until that time we enjoyed all the amenities of the home. The New River, the fire pit, the hot tub, the game room, the bicycles, etc. were enjoyed by everyone. This place has everything you could imagine you would need. We will be back! :)

“Relaxing and Peaceful” We enjoyed our stay. It had a wonderful view and we really enjoyed watching all of the Humming Birds. We came to hike the mountains and there were plenty of trails to hike.

“The perfect trip! Awesome!” Wife and I recently spent our 15th anniversary in "A Mountain Dream"...and, it was a dream, indeed! Cozy, quaint, a true "cabin feel"...beautiful views and plenty of privacy. “Wish I could live here!!!” My husband and I stayed here for an extended weekend with our five year old son. We have stayed in numerous cabins throughout the Boone area and this one is by far, the best one yet! The cabin has all of the amentities of a home, just bring your clothes and some food and you're all set! The cabin is very comfy, tastefully decorated and in a perfect location. We were far enough away from Boone to truly relax yet there is a grocery store five minutes away. We grilled out each evening on the wonderful wrap around deck. The sunset view from the deck and hot tub are absolutely amazing! I wish I could experience this every evening! My son fell in love with the hot tub, we could not get him out of there!! We truly appreciate the little things about this cabin. There were fun games, Netflix access (which was great for our son!!), etc. My husband was impressed with the surprise beer he found waiting for us and I enjoyed the complimentary wine :) This is truly a home away from home. I was very sad to leave and we will definitely be back, hopefully very soon :)

“Quiet and Beautiful View” The home is located up on the mountain, quiet, beautiful in colors in October. Christmas trees all about, deers sighted, yard to enjoy, hiking the road with dogs is great. Many different attractions are about if interested in sightseeing. Road is quite rough but tolerable.

“Quiet! Relaxing! Clean!” Our stay in February was the day after 8" of snow fall. The winding road up to the cabin was clear as was the driveway! The fireplace and hot tub were the highlights of the weekend (hint to future renters: bring kindling...lots of firewood provided but need something to get it started). Would definitely rent here again.
