If you're looking for a great apartment for the family in a convenient Tokyo neighborhood, look no further. This apartment is located in Tokyo Towers on Kachidoki island which is about a 15 minute walk from the fish market and 8 minutes from a very convenient subway stop that will take you (with one or two transfers) pretty much anywhere you want to go in Tokyo. The layout is spacious for the city and the kitchen is awesome.
Peter, the property manager, was super helpful in sorting out some oddball logistics we had and with making sure we had everything we needed for our 16 month old daughter. The crib was set up before we arrived and Peter met us around midnight at the apartment after our long flight from the US. There is a supermarket in the building which is amazingly convenient. If you're looking for a quiet, convenient place for the fam, this is a great choice.

We stayed at the apartment in February for four nights with our three children aged 6 to 11.
The apartment was very spacious, had fabulous views, and my children were more than impressed with the large projector tv on the wall! The hosts could not have been more helpful and responsive. It had everything we could have asked for, was close to the metro, and had a supermarket downstairs. We also visited Tokyo Disneyland and it was very convenient. Highly recommended, Louise from Perth

I've stayed in Tokyo several times before, usually in hotels such as the Park Hyatt, but this apartment really does have them all beaten, the view from both the balcony and the large expansive windows is breathtaking, right up there with the best you can find in Tokyo, and worth booking the apartment for alone. However add on the spacious 3 bedrooms, well proportioned kitchen area with all the necessary facilities, wet room shower and large by Japanese standards bath, large dining table and spacious lounge area and it all adds up to a truly memorable location.
A friendly welcome on arrival and added bonuses such as optional mobile wi-fi unit hire, (no-question, hire it, it's a godsend when out and about in Tokyo) and a supermarket available on the ground floor of the apartments and this really is the complete Tokyo stay package all for less than just a room at a decent hotel!

The first thing I should mention is that the photos of this apartment do not do it justice! They make it appear deceptively 'simple' but it is anything but. Once inside you will appreciate the high end finish and attention to detail, the whole place just feels precise and rich.
The owners Scott and Peter were awesome, the booking process was easy and they made every effort to lend their experience to make sure we got the most out of our trip. They also refunded the deposit rapidly!
We tried so many times and on many different cameras but could not capture the fantastic view from the balcony properly - all I can say is "wow". There's also a great little supermarket under the building with everything you need so if you arrive in a zombie like state like we did you'll appreciate this convenience.
The best thing compared to other apartments we looked at is also the fact that they have proper beds with mattresses and not just futons.
While there we also used the gym which was a 1000yen fee per person, very useful after a lot of overindulging :)
The location is very close to katchidoki tube station so if you can get to grips with the system you can access every part of the city with ease. You don't have to use public transport to experience the city though, many things are within walking distance including great parks with Sakura, restaurants, the fish market and everything else on your Tokyo to do list.
If we ever go back to Tokyo we will definitely stay there again! Thanks guys!

We stayed here with our family, which included the grandparents as well as the kids. Everyone was impressed with the apartment.
The kitchen had everything we needed.
The washing machine was easy to use with the instructions provided.
The bath was fantastic (we loved the self-filling bath).
The layout was very useable and spacious.
Beds were comfortable, and it's always great to have the floor (futons) for the littlies. Nice and warm in the winter.
Very convenient to have a basement supermarket in the building (open all hours, good range) and a great playground just down the road.
The walk to the subway was fine for little legs, and it was a "pink" line so that made our daughter happy.
Scott and Peter kept in touch well and we were looked after.
Thank you very much for your kind review and leaving the apartment in fantastic condition. You and your family are welcome back anytime.
“Fantastic place to stay in Tokyo!”

Absolutely loved this apartment, probably the best accommodation we stayed in, in Japan. Amazing views, lots and lots of space, and Scott & Peter are the perfect hosts, super happy to do whatever you may need to ensure you are looked after. This apartment has everything, and the 24hr supermarket in the building is an added bonus - probably the biggest supermarket in the area, and has everything you could need. An added bonus is that Kachidoki is an excellent place to base yourselves for a stay in Tokyo - close to a whole bunch of attractions, and a very short walk to the subway. Perfect!
Thank you very much for the great review and I am glad that you and your family had a wonderful time. You are welcome back anytime!

“Fantastic location and an unbelievable view”

We are a family of 4 who stayed in this apartment in January 2014. The apartment is spacious by Tokyo standards and brilliantly located - a short cab ride from Tokyo station, with a 24 hr supermarket on the ground floor and very close to the Kachidoki subway station. The apartment is quite well appointed with clear instructions in English, the washer/dyer was great. The teenagers appreciated the fee wifi as there was very little on TV in English. . The apartment is on the 30th floor and has an amazing view - we saw Mt Fuji beyond the Tokyo skyline on the clear days and looking out over Tokyo Bay was lovely. We were later joined by another family of 4 and all 8 of us stayed for a couple more nights - it was a bit a of a squeeze with 8, but it all worked out ok. The owner was very accommodating, meeting us at the building, showing us the apartment, making sure we were comfortable, giving us two keys and lots of great tips on local shops and restaurants. The owner lives nearby and invited us to call if we had any problems. I'd recommend this apartment to families who don't want the usual connecting hotel rooms or anyone who'd like a bit more space. The local area is lovely with lots of nice bars and restaurants. The fish markets and Ginza are in walking distance

Yes, my title says it all.
You will not find anywhere nearly as nice as Scott and Peter's apartment in Tokyo. The size of apartment, security, convenience, view... Got them all here. The view from the balcony is simply wonderful that I could just stay there all day. The apartment worked out very well for our family of five. Coming back from long day in crowded and busy Tokyo, you can spread out (You actually can "spread out" here which is very rare in Japan) and enjoy "being home".
Scott and Peter were very helpful and attentive. You will not disappointed to stay here.
Thank you, guys for letting us stay at your beautiful apartment and we shall return!!!
Thank you very much for you kind feedback and we are happy you enjoyed your stay with us. You and your family are welcome back anytime as I would recommend you to any host. All the best and hope to see you again soon.
