Welcome!
Fully furnished, fully airconditioned, 200 m² detached holiday house situated in 3500 m² property / garden on the hillside of Tolo, on the outskirts of Nafplion with a fantastic view of the Argolikos bay and only 5 minutes away from the nearest beach.
The holiday house consists of a big living room very spacious with several settees,with fireplace, TV, dining room, there are twin patio doors out onto the balcony and windows all around that can be opened, all have fitted mosquito fly screens,fully equipped kitchen one bathroom downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs which are large, comfortable and have their own lovely en suite. All have doors onto the upper balcony and all have shades, air con and window mosquito screens.

“A gorgeous villa with a fantastic view.”
The villa is extremely roomy, well-equipped and comfortable, with a large garden too containing orange and olive trees. The view really makes it something special, out across Tolon and the bay to the islands. Close to the beach and all the shops and tavernas in Tolon - you will be fit after walking up the hill a few times!

“Spacious property with stunning views”
Just come back from Villa Tolo and had a super, relaxing time. The property benefits from stunning views over Tolo bay from both the ground floor patio and bedroom balconies. The bedroom decor is simple, tasteful and relaxing. As mentioned elsewhere in the reviews, the pictures don't do the property justice. Tolo itself is beautiful with plenty of good restaurants and beaches, as well as being a great base for visiting ancient sites such as Mycenae, Epidaurus and Korinth. Dimitris is super helpful - he even helped with minor repairs of my hire car. I think a car is almost essential in the summer as walking back from the beach, up two steep hills, in 37 degrees, would have been unpleasant without one.
