Additional Location Information

We are located in Garden District in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The district is located between Wellesley and Queen Streets; Yonge and Sherbourne Streets and encompasses many gardens and parks.

If you walk 3 blocks east, you will meet Allan Gardens with its abundance of gardens in the summer and a greenhouse packed full of plant life in the winter. Its historic, cast-iron and glass domed "Palm House" was built in 1910 and is designated under the Ontario Heritage Act.

This area includes the southern part of Toronto’s Gay Village and heritage sites such as the Mackenzie House Museum and the Merchandise Building. While the neighborhood is home to the community centre, parks, bars, restaurants, and stores catering to the LGBT community (particularly along Church Street), it is also a historic community with Victorian houses and apartments dating back to the late 19th and early 20th century.

We are walking distance or a short transit ride to all of Toronto's major attractions, shopping, theaters, museums and universities. 24-hour transit lines are steps away. Tours of Toronto and surrounding areas, car rentals and restaurant bookings can be organized and we are happy to offer information, help and advice if desired.
