Description

Air conditioning new LG system fitted October 2017 which provides excellent cooling and when required heating inside the ground floor duplex property which has a large private corner plot garden.

New flat screen TV and DVD player purchased in 2018. Connection to the internet is free via fast WIFI connection inside the property, and the password for the WIFI connection will be sent to you when you have reserved. 3G and 4G internet is also available all over La Torreta and Torrevieja, even down on the beach you can easily access the internet via 3G / 4G on your Smart Phone. There are also many places where you can connect to the internet with your laptop via WIFI free of charge. Large communal swimming pool is situated just behind the property approximately 100 m away. The swimming pool is private and has a children's bathing section, and a large sunbathing area with sun-loungers and beautiful tables, and benches. The swimming pool area is gated and the gates are locked to ensure privacy and security, a key for the gates will be supplied to you at the same time as all the other property keys.The property is located in the peaceful urbanization of La Torreta 3, approximately 500m from the beautiful salt lake and just a 5 minutes drive away from fantastic Blue Flag beaches.The property is ideally located just two minutes walk from two restaurants / bars and a convenience store, with many more facilities just a 5 to 10 minute walk away, and also located nearby are golf courses, various aqua parks, funfair, bowling alley, mini-golf, horse riding, casino, go-karts, markets, shops and numerous other forms of family entertainment all of which are either located within easy walking distance just a short drive away.The property is cleaned before and after your visit. This cleaning fee is not included in the quoted price and this needs to be paid directly to the Lady who lives very close to the property. She will give you the keys to the property when you arrive or they will be in a secure key safe. Please contact us for further details regarding the cleaning fee.English / Satellite TV channels are available free of charge please ask for further details including a list of channels. Pets are not allowed and smoking inside the property is strictly forbidden. Guests have access to the property from 2.00pm and normally need to vacate the property by 10.00am, however these times can usually be altered with our written consent. “Broken aircon 35 degree and above”

Apartment spacious, all amenities satisfactory. Floor dirty which was reported on arrival but nothing done about it so cleaned it ourselves. Airconditioning came on, but did not reach a cold temperature. This was reported to the owner and the caretaker straightaway. Helen, the caretaker agreed with us that it was not working properly, as did the engineer that was called out to fix it. The problem did not get rectified during our stay which was extremely uncomfortable at night, especially for our 3 young children. Helen very kindly supplied us with two large fans which helped. The patio furniture was filthy, and 1 out of two sunbeds were broken. We spent every day until quite late in the evening out of the property, mainly due to the airconditioning being broken. The most disappointing issue is the after care from the owner following our return home. After, what we thought was an agreeable conversation with regards to the aircon issues, and the owner offering a refund of a percentage of the cost as a goodwill gesture, we received an email from him offering 5%. He also stated the next renter was in the property and had told him there was no issue with the aircon therefore trying to make us out to be liars to save himself some money, which he offered in the first place. When the engineer actually told the caretaker the aircon was broken, and that the unit was quite old and ready for replacing,this was a very contradicting email to receive. I would definitely not recommend staying in this owners property.

“good place under sun for the whole farmily”

All rental process very easy and straight forward from beginning to the end with no hidden extra cost, no agency's involved. Direct contact with owner over phone or email. Property itself very secure with metal window and front door bars fully equipped for your everyday needs .Front garden very useful where you can enjoy meal or drink after hot day. Property located in quiet residential area nearby pink salty lakes just 10min walk, and around 3-4 miles to nearest beach and Torrevieja city centre. Car is recommended, however bus and taxi services available. The outdoor swimming pool was not convenient to use for us, because located on other side of the building and shared between too many users. Over all we are very happy!
