HOLIDAY LET

A very nice 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground floor apartment in the very popular urbanization of Zenia Mar, Playa Flamenca to sleeps up to 5 (Main bedroom double and second bedroom single plus bunk beds)

The apartment is located on Fase 4 of Zeniamar and is close to the local centres of La Florida, Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima. It is within easy walking distance of local bars, restaurants and supermarkets and just a 5 minute car journey from the beaches at Playa Flamenca and La Zenia.

The apartment is ground floor with a sun terrace and garden for al fresco dining. It is just a minute walk from the lovely communal swimming pool and inside a gated complex.

On entering the apartment you find the living room complete with a large chaise style sofa with matching footstool. The living room is comfortably furnished with a matching wall and TV unit, pine table and 4 chairs, TV and English TV channels. There is air-conditioning in the living room.

To the rear of the living room is the American style kitchen complete with oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and all of the necessary crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils for self-catering. There is a separate utility room off the kitchen which houses the hot water tank and the washing machine.

Off the living room is bedroom 2 furnished with bunk beds and a single bed to sleep 3 people. This bedroom has large fitted wardrobes providing plenty of storage. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Also off the living room is a small hallway leading to the second bathroom providing toilet, wash hand-basin with mirror over and storage unit underneath and a walk in shower. This hallway leads to the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and lamps and a large fitted wardrobe. A fan and heater are provided for the warmer and cooler months. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin with mirror over and a storage cupboard underneath.

To the front of the apartment is the terrace complete with patio table and 4 chairs and the garden which is laid to stone.

Parking is on the street outside the complex and is free.

The nearest airport is San Javier and is approximately 25 minutes car journey from the apartment. Alicante airport is 50 minutes by car.
The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes on foot and there is a large selection of bars and restaurants less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment and a smaller commercial centre just a few minutes walk away.

This is a very nice apartment in a very popular area and is close to local amenities. Ideal for couples and families alike.
