“Great location”
We’ve visited Villa Martin a number of times and we really like it and already looking to go back. The apparent’s in a great location, modern and we’d definitely use it again. Especially in the summer, as in April it was too cold to use the pool. The sun terrace was a great sun trap and the loungers are very comfortable. I also loved having the table outside for Al Fresco dining a bbq would be a great added advantage. If I was to point out a few niggles (and they are just niggles); it smelt of smoke, we’re not smokers and struggled with this, the breakfast bar was loose, as was the toilet seat in one of the bathrooms and to be really picky, as a family of 4, the two chairs in the living room weren’t the most comfortable, another sofa would be better. However, none of this would put me off.

“Fantastic holiday”
A beautiful spacious apartment has everything you need and more . The outside space is fabulous , never had such a large balcony , my husband and myself spent so much time there sunbathing , swimming in the lovely pool ,taking in those beautiful views and the best for me was watching the sun come up in the morning , just took our breath away . We had a lovely week in Villamartin , load of bars and restaurants just steps away , would love to go back

“So beautiful we just keep coming back”
This is the 6th time I have stayed in this beautiful apartment...that has to say it all. It's so quiet and tranquil yet 5 minutes walk along the road is la Fente plaza with all the gorgeous restaurants you could wish for. This time we took one of our friends who now needs to use a wheelchair. The apartment and pool area were just perfect for her. I can not thank Richard and Sharon the management company enough for looking after us extremely well. Richard organised various trips to and from the airport . My son was arriving the day we left and Sharon still managed to have the apartment cleaned to its usual high standard. I am looking forward to returning later in the summer.
