Additional Location Information

In the Midi Pyrenees region of South West France there are many unmissable towns: Toulouse; Albi, birthplace of Toulouse-Lautrec; Lourdes, the pilgrim town; and Moissac. There are also many unforgettable natural sites: the Pic du Midi; Gavarnie; the Lot Valley; the Tarn Gorges. There are other awesome sites and villages that defy time and history: Rocamadour; Cordes sur Ciel; Marciac; Montségur, not forgetting those towns of art and history, such as Figeac and Montauban, full of treasures and interest. These are all places that are simply unforgettable.
Toulouse itself, known as the pink city because of its red brick and beautiful architecture, only half an hour away from the house, offers hours of enjoyment with its ancient churches, bridges, museums and its narrow winding streets that are just waiting to be explored.
There are weekly farmers markets in the surrounding towns and villages and in the summer months local village fairs and cultural events.
The house, thought to have been a coaching inn in the seventeenth century, is next to the old church and looks onto the village square. Within walking distance there is a local shopping center, with an excellent bakery, for your fresh baguettes and breakfast croissants.
Behind the house the large fenced yard looks over the fields to the valley.
