Superb farm refitted climate control with pool. Ideal for families, groups of friends or for a luxurious and exclusive elopement.
Arranged over 3 floors with 2 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room, study, 2 bathrooms, parking, private garden. Equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and oven, fireplace, porch, BBQ, deckchairs.
Expertly renovated remained intact the typical setting of the Tuscan country house: wooden beams at sight wrought iron, brick and hot cooked.
The building, of ancient origin, fully respect the character of the rural architecture of a time when the ground floor of the building was intended to house animals and the top people in the family. These characters are still visible, the living room of Poggiolo example shows two niches that once served as the manger of the horses. Today Podere Poggiolo is a holiday home can comfortably sleep up to 9 people. It enjoys a beautiful veranda overlooking the garden where you can cook the pizzas in a wood oven which it is equipped.
It has a large kitchen with fireplace, living room and bathroom on the ground floor.
The first floor has a study that necessary home with three beds, a large double bedroom with third bed, large bathroom with tub.
On the second floor there is another bedroom with a double bed for the little ones.
The spacious garden is equipped with deckchairs, gazebo, beautiful plants and flowers and a table where you can relax, have breakfast and lunch while enjoying the spectacular scenery of the Crete Senesi.
Another feature is the barbecue to prepare a "Fiorentina" typical beef steak breed "Chianina" which takes its name from the Val di Chiana, the area where the farm is located in a wet Brunello or Chianti DOC with pecorino cheese and our national oil mill cold-pressed (available at the farm)
