ACCOMMODATION IN TRADITIONAL DALMATIAN RENOVATED HOUSE NEARBY THE SEA IN SEGET DONJI / TROGIR.House is situated on a quite location, 200 meters from the pebble the beach, with the view on Mediterranean garden and Adriatic sea. Although in peace and quite area it is in the central part of Seget Donji with all facilities for comfortable stay like sailing boats marina, small supermarkets, restaurants, post office, pharmacy and cafe bars on a few minutes walking distance. In the Mediterranean ambient 2 km from the old town of Trogir (UNESCO's heritage sight), with its intact historical and cultural values and an attractive present, in the very heart of the Adriatic amid lush Mediterranean vegetation, enjoying the luxury of peaceful nature and enchanting old town.House consists of two separate apartments, one on the ground and other on the first floor, 75 square meters each with outdoor space / terrace (50 square meters each). Besides, there is 500 square meters garden with Dalmatian plants like olives, lavander and rosemary in front of the house.First floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room with extra bed, toilette / bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, air conditioning, free internet access, SAT LCD TV, separate entrance, using grill in our garden.Ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with extra bed, toilette / bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, air conditioning, free internet access, SAT LCD TV, separate entrance, using grill in our garden.This is a ideal place for perfect families holidays and couples.
