Villa Loco, a typical “casa rurale“ (country home), impresses by its extremely charming location: The house, guarded by palm trees and embedded into a green, rural landscape, is situated near the world-famous steep coast of the Capo Vaticano. The beautiful historical centre of Tropea – 7 km away – is reached within a few minutes’ drive. The nearest fine sandy beach is only 1 km away, about 10 min on foot.

The villa once used to be the dwelling place of a contadino, a small farmer, who cultivated the surrounding fields. Today’s owner has renovated the house very stylishly. Thus, the broad, white walls with the simple, but beautiful interior spread the unique ambience of calm rural life.

The one-storey building offers two double bedrooms, 1 triple bed room an internal large living room with sofa and two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet). In the living room you find two sofa and satellite TV.

From internal living room you have access to the gorgeus outdoor kitchen-living room very comfortable and spacious and to the roofed terrace with stone grill. The brand new fully equipped kitchen and the living room looks over the extremely beautiful and unique garden entirely at guests' disposal, with potted plants, a stone fountain and a stone bench and table.

In the beautifully laid-out, abundant garden grow banana bushes, small cactuses, agaves and olive trees and others, especially palm trees.

You may park your car on the fenced property. Beside an excellent restaurant and pizzeria. Shops and supermarket are both very close to the property.
