All of my family gathered here to celebrate a friends wedding at the nearby golf course. The receptionist helped pick out this house by the description I gave her when I made my first call.
we were very comfortable
The view is fantastic. Hiking trails are down the block and around the corner.
We relaxed in the hot tub.
felt awed and slightly insignificant while gazing at the sea of stars each night.
the beds are all very comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously!!! We will be back!

This home is perfect for a family get away! It is stocked with anything you would possibly need and spacious enough for the family to spread out in. The hot tub was roomy enough for those who wanted to partake in a relaxing soak. We enjoyed playing some of the games that were out in the bookcase, but there were even more in the cupboard on the back side of the kitchen bar (by the bar stools)! Don't forget to look there too! The owners are gracious enough to allow your four-footed family member as well! This home is the complete package! If we weren't building our own home two doors down, we would be back to "Stockhom Vista" in a flash!

This was our first time to Tahoe Donner and Truckee, and we definitely plan to return. Check-in was smooth and considerate. The home was very nicely appointed with a great kitchen. I had two small issues: 1) not enough hooks to hang ski stuff, towels, etc; and 2) I'm not sure if the hot tub had too many chemicals, or not enough, but we all ended up with a rash! Read more
Thank you for your review! The owner has asked me to express his appreciation for your suggestion. The hooks are a good idea and he plans to put some up before the next busy season arrives. The hot tub at this home is professionally maintained, as all Pullen vacation homes' hot tubs are, and is cleaned and treated on a regular basis. Our check-in agents also add a scoop of shock when they do their check-in prior to a guest arrival. This is the first remark made of this nature about a hot tub on our program. Thank you again for your comments and we are happy to know that you enjoyed your stay. The Pullen Management Team.

Loved the house. The only problem is that the knives in the kitchen were not up to par to prepare a decent meal. Otherwise - great house! Read more
Thank you for your review! Since learning of the knife situation the owner has replaced the old knives with a new knife set and chef's knife in Stockholm Vista." Thank you for the suggestion. Glad you enjoyed your stay! Pullen Management Team.

The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The two tennage girls had a room on the bottom floor with bunk beds and very private! The views were absolutely gorgeous!
My two grandchildren, 2 yrs, & 5 yrs were able to play in
the snow with unlimited space in the back yard! Even the
adults had a blast finding hills to sleigh ride down!! The house was equipped with everything we needed! We will definitley be back! We have found our vacation home!!

Our family of five (parents and 3 adult children) enjoyed a fabulous week at "Stockholm Vista". Our expectations were totally fulfilled...The views were outstanding, the home was very comfortable and welcoming with plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was well equipped, supplies were in abundance (paper goods, staples, etc) and Pullen Rental Group was helpful and responsive. The kids loved the hot tub and mom loved the views especially enjoying the spectacular sunrises and watching the storm slowly roll in (we lucked out with only one storm). The only disadvantage that I can think of is that the location is about 12 miles from the big ski resorts but, I think, I would rather keep them at a distance and enjoy the serenity of "Stockholm Vista".

Beautiful home with great views out of every window. Night time star views were spectacular from both upstairs decks. Loved the hot tub.
When we needed lightbulb replacements, service was quick and complete. Location was great for Norhtstar. Could have used one more non-stick fry pan, but this is really searching to find least liked. We'd be very happy to stay here the next time.
Our agent, Dave, was most helpful and made us feel right at home.

This property offered a perfect winter getaway for our family. The adults were able to relax while taking in the panoramic views, and the kids had fun playing hide and seek in the many large closets. We were able to simple step outside and sled in the yard rather than have to fuss over piling in the car. However, we did opt to pile in the car, because just a short drive was the nicely set up rec center and downhill slopes. And, I can’t forget to mention, the lovely morning and evening soaks in the hot tub while watching the snow fall. Overall, we look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed this property. We have stayed at numerous vacations homes
in this area but we loved the floorplan of this home and the convenience of the
home to the ski area. It snowed heavily during our stay and the children
enjoyed the backyard and all the snow. We will choose this property when we

We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children. The house had everything we needed for a Christmas break; a well fitted kitchen, lots of space and a large TV. We could see Tahoe Donner ski resort from the window as well as other mountains in a panoramic view. Hot tub worked well.
would certainly recommend this place to others.
the only thing we couldn't figure out how to warm up the downstairs bedrooms but that didn't really matter.
