“Beautiful Villa Sari Tas Ev” Sari Tas Ev is a large, comfortable and cosy villa, very tastefully decorated with crisp clean bed linen and everything one could ask for. The swimming pool and various terraces have gorgeous views. It was a great pleasure staying in this villa and we really felt like we were at "home". Cathy was of great help to us.

Kusadasi Villa Pine
A taste of paradise

I rented this villa in September 2013, and I really appreciated it : comfortable, very well equipped and the swimming pool in front of the terrace. It is located in a very quiet place with view on sea and mountain, and was for me the ideal place to rest. … see more

What a wonderful place to be!

Berna's house is wonderfully designed and furnished. It is surrounded by fields and has a beautiful garden, where we relaxed in our chairs to watch the fabulous sunset every evening. Excellent stay.

The villa has plenty of space for at least eight people, good for children with the garden. The owner could not have been more helpful, he was very knowledgable about the area and provided excellent information to plan our daily trips for whole family. Sığacık is very lovely seaside town and close to Ephesus, İzmir and alaçatı (surfing heaven). Villa is well equipped with a/C, kitchen utensils, bath, wi-fi, big screen TV and new. Pool is good but at the beach Egean crystal clear water is the best. Villa's patio has unbelievable scene at sunset. You can also enjoy fresh sea food very near to villa at very reasonable price in Sığacık. Thank you atilla and family. We are planning our next trip.see more
Ionia House, sensational property with private pool, sleeps 5
Fantastic short stay in Ionia House

Hi, My mother and I recently stayed at the beautiful apartment in the heart of Selcuk. Alison was very helpful and kind - meeting us in the town centre so that we would not get lost trying to find the house. The building is up on the steep hillside of the town which means that there is a lovely breeze to keep you cool at night and the most incredible views all the way down to the coast. The patio dining and pool areas are designed with impeccable taste and the architecture makes the most of the tiny plot it is built on. The inside equals the outside - lovely modern kitchen and unusual features. The high spec bathroom is also a great bonus. There is a parking space next to the house too for those of you who would prefer to drive. Ephesus was a great day out and there is pleanty of shopping to do in the town too. We bought jewellery and lamps which it turns out are far cheaper here than in Istanbul. We wished we had bought more there and shipped it back! I will be recommending this apartment to my friends and family for future visits. Many thanks alison, R& Jsee more
Goldsmith House, Stunning property, sleeps 5
Wonderful two weeks

The location was very convenient as it was easy to access Selcuk and nearby sights and also to escape back into the garden. Furthermore, Alison is wonderful host who ensures she is constant contact with her guests and is more than willing to arrange outings, tours, reservations, etc. Last but not least, having the pool and BBQ on hand makes for a very homey atmosphere and if you're looking for a non-hotel experience, Goldsmith House is a perfect choice.see more
St Johns House, superb villa, sleeps 9, private pool, sauna.
I could live here

I can't say enough good about this beautiful villa and its surroundings. The photos looked great but -- this is a first -- the reality was better. The house was airy, light, and outstandingly comfortable. I had been concerned about noise in the early morning from a close-by mosque but the bedrooms were quiet and cool. The villa must have had an architect involved, as it's beautiful and its functionality has been well thought out. The master bedroom, for example, opens onto its own small private sitting room that shares the upper verandah's view. (Great for the adults to have a quiet morning coffee.) Because the house is at the top of the town, nothing overlooks it, and the view is wonderful. Downstairs is a decent kitchen (could use more counter space, but I quibble) and a huge sitting room that opens via large glass doors onto the lovely garden. At the other end of the downstairs, tucked away, are a sauna and a Turkish bath. I regret that we didn't use them, as we there in the heat of summer, but a winter stay would have its own rewards. The jewel is the garden, which is split into two levels. The main garden is a lawn flanked by flowering bushes, with a wood oven along the side. It did lack shade but was very pleasant in the early morning and evening. The lower garden, with a beautiful little pool surrounded by trees and comfortable lounge chairs, was fantastic. Manager alison Morel is helpful, reliable, and knowledgeable. She is an arranger extraordinaire, laying on groceries in advance at my request (at cost, no fee), supplying airport transfers and very inexpensive rental car, replacing a broken coffee pot as quickly as possible. Couldn't ask for more. Selcuk itself was a pleasant surprise. Evidence of tourism but not nearly the level of pestering to buy that we encountered in Istanbul. It had a human scale. Nice little restaurants, wonderfully courteous and charming people, and a market for fresh food. We lacked for nothing.see more
