Spoil yourself at this beautiful, modern home whether it be for just a few nights or a longer vacation. Situated in Two Rocks/Yanchep, North of Perth (Western Australia) ....
Set on 5 acres of natural bush land, this spacious modern and comfortable home is only 5 minutes away from beautiful pristine beaches of the Indian Ocean.
Breath-taking scenery! inland and on the coast awaits you at Seatrees.
Nestled among Old Gum Trees, awaken to the laughing Kookaburra, warbling Magpies and Kangaroos
'Seatrees' (named because it is close to the sea and surrounded by large gum trees) is a purpose built guest house.
With no streetlights to distract from the evening skies, see a galaxy of stars as you have never seen before and watch for shooting stars!
Our modern accommodation is self contained with a home from home feeling...... the kitchen/lounge has all you need to enjoy your break.
All 3 queen double rooms have their own en-suite attached and there is a double room with 2 single beds.
Our large swimming pool with Bali Gazebo allows parents to keep cool and enjoy their children splash around in the pool and stay safe with your watchful eye. There is also an outside toilet/shower to avoid having to go back inside the house.
The large alfresco, is currently being redesigned with a outdoor kitchen dining area with fine netting around the dining gazebo to allow a comfortable eating environment, A bar, fridge and sink allows food preparation outside so there is so need to keep running back indoors,
stay outside and enjoy the fun with your family and friends.
The BBQ also has a covered gazebo to protect from the hot sun or shower (which is unlikely)
So enjoy a full outdoor relaxing time around our lovely property with natural settings of wildlife and native birds.
Parrots come daily to drink from the bird bath and kangaroos come through in the evening or early morning to graze on the lawns.
Bed linen, towels, crockery and condiments are supplied. Laundry facilities are available.
Prices may be adapted for smaller groups/families
Only 50 Minutes from Perth, a car is recommended.
PLEASE NOTE: Air-conditioning/Heating is on a set timer.

“OH WOW! Amazing home in a beautiful setting, fantastic hostess”
OUR HOLIDAY DREAM - good email communications with owner before departure, arrive at rental home following easy instructions, open home up following key instructions without a fault, find a beautiful fresh smelling clean home with lots of space, wild flower arrangement in vase on table, basics including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, orange juice, cereal, bread, eggs and bacon for breakfast all in cupboards ready. All bathrooms spotlessly clean with toiletries & toilet rolls in them. Laundary room with loads of drying rack space, modern washing machine, iron and board. Beaufitul alfressco area with loads of seating and sun beds, fenced clean Swimming pool, giant gas BBQ. Short drive to supermarket, national park and beach. Air conditioning, parakeets and lorikeets on bird table during breakfast and a pleasant hostess!! OUR HOLIDAY REALITY - all of the above and more! Cathy answered loads of questions by email before we arrived, was so helpful and friendly during our stay that we all had a few tears when we said goodbye. The property is all of the above and more. The kitchen has a sink, standard 4 ring hob and oven, large fridge with freezer above and adequate work surface for us to cook for family of 6 no problems. Plenty of pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for all. Large dining table and six chairs in family room, and loads of tables and chairs on alfressco area. Location is a touch into the bush, so you can experience the amazing wildlife and birds first hand. The roads around are quiet so walking even with kids is easy and safe. The properties own land is a stunning location to wander, the stars at night are breath taking. Five minute drive gets you to two rocks harbour and beach so bathing, surfing and fishing are easy reach. Don't delay - you won't be sorry.
