Fantastic and unique home--probably not for everyone, but we loved the historical features and the beautiful grounds. Location was excellent--close to beach and park, and the pool area felt so private. Very well appointed home. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Extended family vacation with 11 people (2 kids and 1 infant). Turned out to be everything we expected and more. Location is ideal. House has all the comforts you might want (although another bathroom might be nice). Pool was the real selling point though - we got plenty of use out of that. Highly recommended, well worth the price.

The house is beautiful. Very luxurious. Wrap around porches are dreamy. We stayed there the first week of april. The weather was horrible. ..65 and raining! Our last full day was sunny and 72. So, we did get one day to sit outside! Because it was so cold, the hot tub was popular. It needed to be cleaned daily. We had a hard time getting them to come and clean the hot hub, which was frustrating because that was the only outdoor water fun available. The parking was the most difficult issue. There are 3 spots available. And no more! We had company during our stay that had to walk blocks to get to our house, and pay the meter for their parking! I know it's a residential area, but I feel we should of had guess parking passes. Besides the parking and slow response to our hot tub needs, it was an amazing place to stay!
Thank you for choosing us for your vacation stay at Tybee. Officers Row is truly one of our favorite homes because of it's unique history and character. Being a historical row home, parking can be a challenge and is tightly monitored by neighbors. Like all our homes, we wish we could offer more on-property parking, but that is the nature of the island. While we can't control the weather, we certainly can manage the hot tub. We regret the slow response and have shared your feedback with our maintenance team to improve our level of service. We look forward to serving you again should you choose Tybee as a vacation destination in the future!
"Had a great time!"

The house was unique and beautiful with a very relaxing atmosphere, which was just what we were looking for. We came as a group of 5 women to enjoy the sun and sand at Tybee and could not have been happier with our selection at 3 Officer's Row. The house was roomy, the porches and views were amazing and the pool area was perfect. I would definitely rent this house again.

We all immediately relaxed when we got to the house. Tybee Island is so wonderfully underdeveloped and made for an extremely restorative vacation. The house is extremely well appointed and made cooking and beach-going super easy.
My only complaint is that on the beautiful beds were the most uncomfortable sheets I could have imagined. They appear to be the kind used on hospital beds. Not exactly the feel I go for when ready for some restful sleep. They must be a poly-cotton blend because they would make me and my family sweat but when we take off the covers, we got chilled. It was impossible to get comfortable.
