The Samara is located in Ubud, situated in a private and protected area away from the sounds of the lively city, completely submerged in Bali’s peaceful tropical environment. The Samara is not directly accessible by car. That’s why you will enjoy pure tranquillity and no pollution. The closest pick-up/drop off point (our parking area) is 400 meters away. And don’t worry, our staff will take care of all your belongings. The area is surrounded by rice fields and palm trees, and caressed by a light breeze that will awaken your senses. The view of the Agung volcano completes the incredible panorama that will accompany you throughout your stay.
At The Samara we have three newly built private villas. Two single bedroom villas that can accommodate up to four guests, and one double bedroom villa that can accommodate up to six guests. Rates shown are for the single bedroom villa. Please inquire for the rates and availability of the double bedroom villa.
All villas ensure the greatest privacy and comfort, and feature a living/dining room, a terrace, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi, a private pool, private garden, private rice paddy (yes, that's correct!), a children pool, flat screen tv, fully furnished kitchenette, air conditioning, ceiling fans, fiber optics internet.
The villas are perfect for a special and unforgettable honeymoon among the rice fields in a romantic setting. Upon request we can organise candlelight dinners and can provide you with special honeymooners packages specifically tailored based on your needs.
The presence of a children's pool makes it the perfect destination for your family holiday, with all the comforts of your home and all the privacy you need. Enjoy your private garden and walk through the rice fields steps away from your front door.
If you bring your friends with you, choose a single bedroom villa and one of the couples would be sleeping in the living room on the comfortable sleeping sofa. Otherwise opt for the double bedroom villa and enjoy extra privacy. Spend the best time you could possibly do in your garden, or by the pool, with a drink in your hands and the perfect setting for a friend's gathering.
Go to sleep at night with the incredible view of the paddies all around you, and enjoy the safety and comfort of double glazed windows that keep heat and mosquitoes away. Wake up every morning in a dream, and indulge yourself in one of the most amazing settings available.
Go upstairs to your terrace, and look at the breathtaking panorama. Read a book, do some yoga, have a massage, or just have breakfast in the morning with the incredible setting that surrounds you. Keep away the stress and the noise of the lively Ubud city, and recharge your batteries in a idyllic setting .
