Response from the owner we were so lucky to have such a delightful couple stay at our apartment while we were on holidays, they left the apartment in perfect order, and we were just disappointed that we didn't get to meet them, so pleased they had good weather and could take advantage of all that is provided, would like many more like them.

How do damage deposits work?

If Helmut (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
