Description
Villa Costa Piccola is a charming estate located on the green hills of Umbria, inside the natural park of Monte Acuto.
In full contact with nature, surrounded by olive trees, this is the ideal place for a peaceful holiday while at the same time being convenient for visiting Umbria's most famous attractions such as Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Todi, Orvieto, Trasimeno lake, Cortona in Tuscany; all reachable by car in 20-30 minutes.
Great space for relax
The spacious living room has a fireplace , sofas and chairs , the kitchen is modern and fully functional , with views of the garden and pool. From the dining area with a table for ten people you go on to the arbor , which is well equipped for outdoor dining in summer
A spiral staircase in stone connects the ground floor and the mezzanine with two bedrooms downstairs: Four double rooms to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people .There are four bathrooms, three of them with a shower and one with a bathtub.
From the rooms downstairs you have direct access outside for a leisurely breakfast in the garden .
All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets .

Swimming pool is open in High Season. In Mid Season will be open in according to owner's decision.
In Winter the heating's cost is charged on actual consumption.

The kitchen, a bathroom, the living room with fireplace and a double room are located on the main floor. The kitchen, that has a table for ten, looks onto the swimming pool and the garden where there is an equipped eating area. On this floor there is a garret with a a double room with bathroom; a wall plaster conceals a wardrobe and delimits a relax area with a view on the living room.
An ample spiral staircase in masonry leads to the ground floor where there are two en-suite bedrooms (one with shower, the other one with a bathtub) that have direct access to another open air breakfast area in the garden. The same floor has a laundry, a store room and a cellar. All windows and doors have mosquito-nets.

The villa was built with local old stone wooden beams and terracotta in full respect of the surrounding landscape. All materials are hand crafted making every little detail unique.
SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool is 12 m. by 6 m., from 1.40 to 1.50 m. deep. It is illuminated by night and a there is a barbecue in the nearby.
