Description

Attractive 75 m² apartment in a two-family-house on two levels with tiles and parquet, underfloor heating, (no air condition) and piano. The kitchen is integrated in the large living room. The master bedroom is equipped with a double-bed (180 x 200), closet and cabinets. A second bedroom with a double-bed (160 x 200), couch and cabinet is in the connected studio. The bathroom includes a shower, tub and toilet. The apartment got completely renovated in 2013.

How do damage deposits work?
