Make our elegant Vail Mountain retreat your family’s home away from home! This luxurious, spacious (2,350 square feet!), platinum-quality property on the sunny northern side of the valley is the perfect residence for your vacation to Vail.
The main floor has warm, rich (heated) wood floors running throughout and is beautifully decorated with designer furnishings, window coverings and luxury linens. At the heart of the main floor is a gourmet kitchen equipped with high end appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. It features granite counter tops, a large island with seating for 3, and a dining room table that can accommodate 8 people comfortably. It is a terrific gathering spot for family and friends; and, it is equipped with everything you could need whether you are making breakfast before heading to the slopes, preparing a holiday meal, or entertaining friends!
Just off the kitchen, there is an open living room featuring a sofa, loveseat, and 2 swivel rockers with ottoman. Even a large group can gather together and enjoy the gas fireplace, play one of the many available board games, or relax and watch a movie on the 40” LCD High Definition television/Bose speaker system with DVR, DVD player, and Roku. Best of all, this bright inviting area has floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door that opens up onto a private balcony equipped with a gas grill so you can cook out and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Also, conveniently located on the main floor are a powder room and an office area equipped with high-speed wireless cable Internet access in case you wish to stay connected?
On the second floor, you will find a palatial master retreat featuring a wall of windows showcasing the breathtaking Mountain View! This private sanctuary has a king bed, an entertainment armoire complete with a 32” LCD High-Definition TV, DVR and Roku, and a comfortable lounge area perfect for reading your favorite book. The master suite also has a private bathroom equipped with granite countertops, double sinks, walk-in shower, a large bathtub, and a walk-in closet...which provides ample space for your winter wardrobe. Also located on the second floor are two additional guest rooms. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bedroom suite and has a large bay window. The third bedroom offers two twin beds, a dresser, and a large window. These bedrooms share the second full bathroom on this floor. And, for your convenience, you will also find a laundry area complete with a washer and dryer. That way, you can pack light or dry wet winter clothing! It is from the second floor that you access the kid’s favorite room in the house…the sleeping loft! The loft has a full sized bed, a night stand, and a large skylight where you can lay in bed and watch the stars!
This property also provides something unique to many places in Vail… a clean, HEATED; private two-car garage! There is enough room for skis, bikes and other equipment. But, if you would rather not drive, this townhome (just two miles from Vail Village) is located on the free Town of Vail Bus Route (which runs every 15 minutes in the winter or every 30 minutes in the summer.) In the summer, there’s also a gorgeous bike path nearby that runs along Gore Creek into Vail Village.

This condo worked incredibly well for us. Very nicely furnished, with good linens, comfortable beds/pillows. Kitchen was well appointed with all the things you need to cook at home. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the living room is set up well to watch tv or play games (we have a family of six and it worked well). We had a car, loaded up each morning in the warm garage and parked in the city lots for the ski slopes - couldn't have been more convenient. And the location is private but easy on and off access to the freeway for quick access into town. Great place! We're going back again this year - the first time we've repeated a rental in Vail!

We stayed for a family ski trip with 2 kids (3yrs and 1year), granddad, mum and dad. Plenty of room for us all!
We wanted to stay a little out of village, and valet the car each day for skiing. It worked like a dream, house had plenty of room for us all. Loved the Roku and Netflicks, gave us the chance to see a load of old movies on demand.
"Fantastic and luxurious townhome with plenty of space"

5 of us stayed in this home and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The townhome is high-end and has all the gear you need - comfortable couch in front of a gas fireplace, internet, phones, TVs, Dvrs, great kitchen. We hosted dinner one night for 18 people and there was plenty of space! The beds were very comfortable. The loft is cool, but you need to climb a pretty steep ladder to get there.
The heated garage was convenient as you will definitely want to have a car to get here. The discounted parking pass worked well. The owner was very helpful and provided a list of tips and tricks to get the most out of your trip. We tried to stay here in 2010, but it was booked. We will try again for 2011.

This is a great townhome while in Vail. Beautifully decorated and furnished, very comfortable and roomy. Only wish it was a little closer to the center of Vail since you need a car to get around; other than that was great!

I found this property on-line, the owners description and pictures are on point. This is a lovely property, set in Vail pass, about 2 miles outside of Vail Village. The accommodations were wonderful. Plenty of room for family members to find quite locations to get away from each other, if needed. The kitchen area is designed to be a focal point, which my family really enjoyed. The owner was responsive and accommodating. I strongly recommend this property. Enjoy !
"Outstanding home. Absolutely beautiful and very well equipped."

This vail home is one of the top on our list. We've been skiing in Vail for many years and this is one home we would definitely return to. It's decorated beautifully. Granite countertops, beautiful spaceous bedrooms and baths and large living and dining areas. The kitchen is gorgeous and very well equipped. Additionally, this Vail home is conveniently close to everything via the bus that stops at the end of the street. Great Home!

The home is big and roomy with a great view and a big deck.
The master bed room upstairs has a big window that looks out on the mountain, thats so nice to wake up too. Everyone can fit in the kitchen and it's set up nicely for cooking and sit down dinners. You can pull out of the garage and be at the mountian in five munites and then pull right back in out of the snow. The living room is big enough for everyone to loung around by the fire and watch movies on the big screen.
The place feels like home and I totally love staying there.

We stayed in this beautiful home in February. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was magnificent. There was everything there you would need. It had a nice warmth to it. The owner takes great pride in it and leaves no questions unanswered. I would recommend this to all my friends and would absolutely stay there again.
