We have stayed for 3 nights in the apartment. It was very pleasant and comfortable. The apartment have all the equipment you can wish and more than that. The location is central and nearby a beautiful park and aquabus. The feeling of security (with the used kind of locks etc.) is high and comfortable. We enjoy it very much. We like to recomment it absolutely for other travelers.
The only (very) little point for attention are the curtains (lamellae) for the windows, they have some dust. With a allergic for dust is this a little bit less comfortable. But for the rest everything was very clean and furnished with attention.
Scott, thanks for al the information you gave us.

Vancouver is pricey for accommodation and this apartment was a gem for our group of 5 adults.
It has all necessities and more.
It was easy and straightforward communicating with the owner and everything was handled in time and promptly.
The apartment is in a great location, has nice atmosphere and looks very new and well-kept.
Big fridge, nice washing machine and tumble drier. Good kitchen amenities.
Very much recommended.

We stayed here for our honeymoon (June 2013) and we could not have picked a better place. From start to finish Scott has been great with all the processes/questions. We were welcomed with a lovely hamper full of goodies which was a very thoughful gift. The apartment was clean, cosy & full of everything we needed. There were building works going on across the road but it did not effect us and we had a lovely view from the balcony (it's downtown Vancouver you got to expect some works going on).
The location is brilliant and it's so easy to get anywhere on foot/train or ferry. Granville market was amazing. So many amazing food places including Little Saigon, The Keg, Dockside Restaurant & Urban Thai Bistro. The Cactus Club appetizers were fab too.
Vancouver is full of things to do. Definitely recommend having dinner up Grouse Moutain in the evening and watching the city come to light (or the Revolving Restaurant has just as good views). The city is clean, friendly and we felt safe all the time.
We did not not want to leave a place that really felt like home to us. We will definitely be recommending the apartment to friends and family, and when we visit in the future we'd love to stay in the apartment again.
Many thanks Scott & Michelle, our honeymoon was perfect!

I stayed at this rental with my family (2 kids). This was a great rental for us at a great price. Excellent location - near the beach, walking trails, Granville Island, Stanley Park, and near excellent places to eat in Yaletown. Was easy to find and is close to public transportation for getting around the city. The check-in, check-out process was very nice. The owners were very easy to work with when we had to adjust the dates of our stay. We hope to come back to stay here again.
Great location - absolutely central, clean and comfortable

The stay in this apartment was great! Its position is central to everything you need during a stay in a city (shops, night life, shopping, relaxing). The kitchen is very well equipped. Especially the chimney was very cosy. The building is very cultivated and safe. All in all - the perfect place to stay in Vancouver.

Great place!! Highly recommend the condo. Very comfortable and clean, great building! There was my wife and 3 young children and again accommodated us very well with a lot of room. Best of all is the location, central to everything. I highly recommend the condo . Scott (owner) was also great and very helpful with any questions I had.

Great place to stay. I was there with friends, it's the second time we've stayed there, and we'd definitely stay again! Great location, loads to do within walking distance and very close to the SkyTrain for everything else!
The apartment itself is lovely, excellent value for the price, there is a lovely view on top of all the amenities and facilities mentioned in the description, and even though there is some building work going on quite close at the moment, we were not disturbed by it, and it does not obstruct the view. Great place to stay, I'd recommend it!

We arrived later than we expected to Vancouver, like half a day later and Scott had everything ready to go for us. He made sure we had directions on how to enter the building and get up to the unit. The sunsets over the harbor were amazing. Everything you could possibly think of was in this unit (except a scale and veggie peeler, haha). But seriously, everything was in here. A computer to use, soaps, towels, extra pillows, tons of maps and guide books. The owners have really gone out of their way to provide the guests with everything and more. We will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed this conviently located appartement in Vancouver. The construction site is quite imposing (and interesting to watch) but the noise is tolerable and the nights are really quiet. We enjoyed being steps away for the seawall, Stanley Park, Granville Island. The pool was great for swimming. We would certainly return to stay in this appartment, in fact it was hard to leave!

Excellent downtown location only 5 minute walk from the train! Everything you could need is in the condo, from bedding, cable, internet and laptop, towels, etc. West facing balcony which gives somewhat of a view of the ocean. Construction across the street starts early in the morning, but not a very noisy site.

This upscale apartment is very comfortable:its owners supplied everything you possibly could need and more.I would call it 1 and 1/2 bedroom.Free secure parking is an additional plus. Owners are very friendly and provided of check in details: we did not have any problem arriving after midnight, tired and groggy(3 am our time). The only minus was that there is a hotel construction going on just across the alley so all noise starts very early.
We highly recommend this vacation rental.

We took our daughter to Vancouver for her 6th birthday and stayed in Scott's condo. We loved the condo it was located right downtown and near everything. Scott's directions were right on and our daughter loved having her own bedroom and the views. Thank you Scott and we will be back!

We spent a week in Vancouver in May & found this condo was a great choice. The owner was very friendly & helpful & the directions to the apt. were easy & clear. The building & location were very convenient & safe. We had a car but usually walked to one of 2 nearby markets, or to a bank or cafe. We also walked to the water taxi to go to the Granville Market. We are 60+ so anyone should find it walkable! The condo itself was spotless & comfortably furnished & stylish w/all the amenities one could need, including paper & cleaning products & plenty of towels & dishes/glasses. The kitchen was especially attractive, loved the granite counters. We didn't use the balcony, it was too narrow & high up for us, someone more adventurous might like it but we did enjoy the wall of glass in the living-room. The condo was a great size for a couple or a couple with a child. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Vancouver!

Scott's Pacific St apartment is modern, well furnished and a great base for a visit to downtown Vancouver. Staying in such a swish highrise tower block was a real treat, and we wanted for nothing in terms of facilities. Pool, gym and sauna a great bonus; laundry facilities also welcome.
Scott offers great value for money with this place, and we'd certainly go back.
Very few complaints. Bed was a bit delicate (I had to rearrange the wooden struts underneath a few times); sofa bed wasn't great for actually sitting on; apartment gets a little hot at night time; and the building work going on adjacently certainly wakes you up in the morning (temporary problem, that).
But those minor points aside, a wonderful stay. Thanks again to Scott and Michelle. Hope we can come back one day,
Matt and Emma

Lovely apartment to stay in, in a really convenient part of town. Walking distance to loads of shops and restaurants. Our group had four adults and the apartment was fine for the week we were there though probably a little small for any longer than that.
The apartment had all the gear you could want and Scott was really easy to deal with and very helpful.
Stayed for three nights with my two sons. Very nice as we each had a private sleeping area. Apartment is small but nicely laid out and feels very comfortable. Very clean, everything in good working order. Only problem we experienced was confusion over entering and exiting both the building and the apartment. Never saw anything like it before - very confusing. This however can be very easily remedied with more detailed instructions from the owner. On the plus side, the reason the building is hard to enter and exit is that it is very secure.

We had a great stay here during the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. The apartment is nicely decorated and well-equipped. The location is great--easy walking distance to most downtown locations. Everything was as advertised, if not better. And Scott was very responsive and accommodating. In short, we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay to enjoy the Olympics and everything Vancouver has to offer.
Comfortable and secure condo, great balcony views, convenient lo

My parents and I had a fantastic vacation in the heart of Vancouver thanks to Scott's wonderful vacation rental. It was in a great location, within walking distance to Robson street, restaurants, and a couple grocery stores. The unit itself is in a very secure building and can truly accommodate up to a family of 4. The view is very nice and the unit is furnished quite nicely. Scott thought of pretty much everything: there was a water filtration pitcher in the fridge, a variety of snacks, cookware, silverware, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, etc. Unfortunately, the pool and spa were not in service during my visit. We were very pleased with Scott's friendliness and honesty. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Vancouver and stay in a safe, comfortable and home-like environment!

This place is fantastic! The views are spectacular and the apartment well furnished, comfortable, modern and clean. Underground parking is available which is a definite plus. Walking distance to virtually all the sites, I would definitely recommend!
