A 800m de la plage et 300m du centre avec son marché, très beau gîte de vacances, entièrement rénové et indépendant au rez-de-jardin de notre "Villa CotéPlage" - à Vaux sur mer". Parking privé et sécurisé avec code.

- Entrée : une grande pièce avec un canapé-lit 2 personnes en 1,60m / 2,00m
(draps fournis) coin salon télévision et salle à manger.
- Cuisine indépendante : équipée plaques Vitro, frigo, micro-onde, four, lave vaisselle, machine à café, vaisselle......)
- Une salle d'eau avec douche.
- WC séparé.
- Cellier avec machine à laver et rangements.
- Chambre avec lit 160x200.
- linges de lit et serviettes de toilette sont fournis pour le séjour.
- Salon de jardin et relax à disposition . Jardin et Terrasse couverte

Ménage de fin de séjour :
pour préserver la sécurité de nos voyageurs. Nous impliquons un nettoyage entre deux séjour, (désinfection de toutes les surfaces, literie lavée à plus de 70 °).
Le ménage est compris dans votre séjour, Néanmoins la vaisselle devra être lavée et rangée avant votre départ et les poubelles vidées dans les containers prévus à cet effet ( sur le parking). Retirer tout le linge qui a été utilisé(exceptés les alèses) le mettre dans le sac à linge sale et le déposer à l'entrée du gîte.
* Le logement limité à 4 personnes. Le nombre de Visiteurs durant la journée est limité à 4 personnes. Arrivée à partir de 16h00 Départ avant 10h00.
* place de parking sécurisée dans la villa, attention pas de possibilité de recharger la batterie des véhicules.
Bornes à disposition sur le parking du bourg de Vaux sur mer à 300 m ou sur le centre commercial Intermarché à 1 km.
Le tarif et la durée sont dépendants de la saison.
