Description
The property is a town-house is close to the center of Vélez-Málaga with all its art ,culture and restaurants. Great views on the flat , 5 mins walk from town hall and 10 to local swimming pool.Shopping ,water-park ,golf course 4 km away .Malaga city center 32 Km all accessible by bus. Ideal if you like walking too as lovely mountains and lake. Air-conditioning is available WiFi TV for Netflix and YouTube but no regular channels.Those desperate for English TV you can download an app and pay as you go . Property benefits from 2 showers and a solar shower on the beautiful roof terrace .Please note 2nd bedroom is a common room so you go through this to access main bedroom and it doesn't have a door. This property is over 3 floors it has all new appliances but is typically Andalusian so don't expect 5 star furnishings. It is a great base to explore the Costa del sol , the beautiful Axarquia area and the southern city's of Granada , Malaga . 2 hrs from Cordoba and Seville . Please note does sleep 4/5 but its cosy smaller numbers its better . Their isn't a garden its a roof terrace but their was no box to tick for that .

“Calurosa pero con refrescante baño en la playa de las palmeras, Caleta de Velez”
La casa estaba bien. Un poco calurosa, pero con ventiladores por toda las habitaciones se estaba mejor. La dueña muy amable, siempre dispuesta a solucionar cualquier problema. Tiene una terraza muy bonita para refrescarse por el día y estar muy a gusto a la noche en las hamacas. Se aparca bien por los alrededores. Cerca hay supermercados y tiendas pequeñas para comprar. Tiene muchas escaleras para personas con poca movilidad. Y a quien le moleste los ruidos por la noche, está al lado de una rotonda. Nosotros dormíamos bien con los ventiladores. Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos en la playa de la Caleta. Gracias María R.
